Consistently underperforming and gets rosters purposely built to carry him specifically

that’s what I’ve been saying but people cry that I’m wrong. half of them would struggle in t3 if not in igl role

Seeing Stax at top 5 nowadays really says a lot about the IGLs in this game. That's why fns said he wouldnt retire soon cuz no one could replace him. no one can actually IGL in this game

honestly if you are counting in first strike and 2020-2021, glow was really solid with his calls for Vision Strikers. prolly wouldnt have gone 104 games winning streak without him

Boaster is like #5 not #2. Literally his results were lackluster until they signed a super team to carry him

wow valorant rly needs more players to step into the igl zone if it wants to be more successful imo, id also probably place saadhak and fns at the same spot but overall good list and opens up a LOT of discussion on the extreme igl shortage

FNS will always be a liability imo cause even though he has mad good calls his team is literally always playing a 4v5 cause he can't aim for shit. That's why I'll always prefer Boostio or Haodong

Marved (arguably top 5 player in the world at some point), is struggling as an IGL (both inigling and mechanically). Just saying

tbf cs igls aren't much better. The only one who's both a good igl and can aim is cadian, and occasionally karrigan. there used to be a lot more, but the market is kinda dry rn.

I'm basically counting every LAN as equal but slight up for champ wins and slight down for Lock In. That being said, if we're going by how successful they've been it goes

  1. Boaster
(He won 2 LANs and got 2nd in the first one ever, as well as being competitive in most others. He's the best even if it's mostly because of success this year)

2a. FNS
2b. Saadhak

  1. Ange1

  2. Redgar
(Very similar in overall performance, Redgar had a higher peak but Ange1 has been more consistent)

  3. Bonecold

  4. Shahzam
(same accomplishments both can be in the same tier)

  5. Stax
    (most consistent to never win)

  6. Benkai

  7. Boostio

Main HM: Kingg, Klaus, Koldamenta

decent list

boostio has only gotten 2nd in one event and every other events he wasnt there or it was 1 win at lock in against heretics so im waiting for champs to make him higher in list

I get the Steel choice but I personally really don't take into account any tournament pre International LAN. I'm not putting Steel in the top 10 convo when he only went to one LAN, and though good in it, has never been close since. I think Boostio is perfect for that 10 spot because he's the last IGL that has played in a grand final and though it's really only one LAN there's a big difference between 2nd at a LAN and 4th. That's a huge accomplishment. I'd say Kolda would probably be my number 10 with 3 qualifications and top 4 top 6 and top 8 in them.
