How to find analyst/scout roles

Hello there people of VLR. This is definitely not the right place to ask, but I am wondering if anyone knows how I could find a role as a scout/analyst for a valorant team. I am an extremely passionate and dedicated person and scouting/analyst work is something I would like to go into. I have already done some player scouting/team analysis for my own teams (just premier/t3 stuff).

U could make yt vids and make some bucks alongside if youre good at it

Most likely you’re not going to start on a VCT team unless you have a few years of experience. Start with building up a portfolio and then look for job opportunities with T3/T2 teams

Idk abt scouting and I don't even know whether you can count this as scouting or not. But I open twitter daily looking for players, check their clips, check their valtracker, rinse and repeat. I check apac leaderboard even now and then.

With analyst stuff you can be proactive ( I remember hearing this in a random yt vid on this topic but about cs)…
Look at like a t2 team u are interested in working for, review the demos of their 2 or 3 upcoming opponents… look for common and niche tendencies, properly organise the work in such a way that’s understandable…
Formally contact the coaching staff of that team(via twitter or email if they have a publicly accessible one) and share your work with them, if they like it y’all go from there
