Seems like Indian pros are way less hard-working than SEA pros.
If you look at the rank leaderboard, most of the dominant SEA players play hundreds of matches every Act and always try to stay on top of the Radiant leaderboard, and there rarely can 2/3 South Asian players be found in the top 100 list!

For example: Look at the Antidote. I have never seen him play rank and have doubts about whether he ever reached Radiant or not.
Now look at his performance—how poor it can be! He gets aim-diff, dual-diff, and poor reactions time... he is the absolute worst. Even a random daily immortal rank grinder's skill is better than Antidote's.
Most of the South Asian pros are like Antidote and mostly they are Immortal elo whereas they struggle to get avg20 kills in their rank elo.
so how would they perform against the SEA team with their low skills?

**Simply: SEA pros spend a huge amount of time in games to improve their skills, and South Asian pros don't even do 1% as compared to them.

It's about exact timing too rn Deadly10, Rawfiul and Venka2cold were busy grinding for tourney.
Rawfiul has also been ranked no.1 for considerable amount of time twice in past so yeah it isn't just that black and white.

Nah broo! No one will shit on you for saying the truth. South Asian players are lazy as fuck and only care about salaries. Why do you think the organizations in India import players from other region, it’s because they know that Indian players lazy , doesn’t care about grinding the game and have a weak ass work ethic. All they care about is salaries and if it doesn’t get paid to them, they rant about how awful an organization is.

Everyone in their right mind knew that OG would get smoked in Ascension, only the delusional ones thought they’d do good. Indian players have an Ego problem.

South Asian Valorant is in a shambles right now. Where organizations don’t want to spend money on new talents, and don’t want to nuture them, so they hire experienced players who were good in CS but these players are washed and can’t perform for shit. The organizations don’t get results and then they disband after a year. No one sticks with their roster for 2 3 years. South Asian has quite a few budding young players like venka2cold, deadly10, etc. But organization wouldn’t pick them and would pick guys like Anti.

But Skrossi is hardworking guy, he's in the top 100 radiant Apac.
Say what yoou want, but you can't ignore that Skrossi is a great player. He only needs to improve his micro decission, and his vission if he want to be in tier 1 scene, also he should studied his opponents behaviour.

Rank and grinding the game is so important in a game like this. Sometimes it's not true and there's ppl that do fine without grinding but for most cases it's true that hard work pays off.

I remember that sliggy said something about nivera not really grinding or playing this game when he first switch over on liquid. It kinda shows his performance had been mid then.

However, you have to admit that he's indeed the weakest player on NRG. Of course his IGLing is one of the best in the world, not gonna say anything about that.
And the fact that SkRossi, who's considered as India's best player, is at the same level in the ranked leaderboard as FiNESSE, says a lot about the level of Valorant in India. That's all what I'm trying to say lmao, how about reading people's posts better next time, yeah?

tbh pakistan need more recognize, many player south asia lose against india bcs different like nepal got 70 in mumbai and pakistan got 55-75 ping (idk about sri lankan or bangladesh). if there is LAN tour for south asia i still bet my shooter and storax will beat all team india

The different between SA teams & SEA teams are in SEA we got sub region like TH, PH, ID, SG/MY, VN that always chellenge other strength and trying to be the best sub region in SEA meanwhile in SA i only see India teams, country like Pakistan, Bangladesh not giving enough sweat for India teams to try hard

He plays scrims for 6-7 hours then streams. You can’t improve your aim with scrims. Scrims are about trying to execute a certain plan or trying to create an anti strat against a certain team. Scrims doesn’t matter.

Only with grinding a rank you can improve your aim.

the reason why South asian region is so shit even after 3 years of game release is because In SA as a region there are 10 12 individuals just hopping between organisation. That’s why we haven’t seen any new results. How many new names have you heard in the last 3 years of Valorant in India. These CS go washed players are gatekeeping the younger generations spots.
