well you just listed why I didn't put mitch and tom, along with pavlos and ender. Achillios and Paperthin is a good shout though. Ender is a good caster as well.

balla be waffling sometimes but he is definitely one of the better analyst casters

Doug and Balla are NA biased when they cast, kind of like Pansy towards FNC, but they aren't good enough at casting to let it slide
I think Sully and Upmind are great casters but I wouldn't put them top 5 since a lot of people find them too noisy
