if deadlock is so good then lets have a quick rundown of their abilities.
Gravnet:
Looks like the worst thing ever. It is so situational and you can just hold down for 0.5 seconds to get rid of the crouching. Enemies only know if your in the net when you get rid of the net by holding down. Useless. The only time it can be good is if ur using it with a molly as a combo.

It's best ability which is actually good and can work well in combinations with trap plays but thats about it.

Kinda bad as if you stop a heavy push they can just break the centre and done but it would be used to hold off spots which won't be contested often but even then its just a worst sage wall.

just from these description i know you havent playeed her or even played against her
the net is situational yes but thats not a bad thing, theres so many different combos you can do with it and it even helps get them off the defuse , i mostly use it when theyre rushing in (inside the entry smoke) and spam the area cuz it completely cuts off their momentum and they cant rush anymore, that extra second it takes for them to break it is more than enough for you to get a random spam in.
sensor is broken considering you get 2 of it and the amount of area it covers helps you stall out the hit. on defense i use one near the chokehold, and then another one for default plant so when they try to plant it, it goes off and depending on the map it helps you either do a fast retake push or easy kill on planter with other agent utility. for attack i usually save it for postplant i have one near entry point like Lane on B ascent and one for near the spike. the tip to using this ability to always change it up and never make it obvious where it is. you want to place them in areas where you know theyre going to be rushing or shooting
barrier mesh is insane.
the moment they rush site, reactively throw this down (lineups help a lot) and it helps cut off their duelist(jett) player from the rest of the team. it literally takes an entire clip and its okay if they break it cuz youre not trying to stop them youre just trying to stall, that time you stall is more than enough for your entire team to get into site and helps you position yourself better. if they attempt to rush site even after having broken the wall. theyll lose because everyone wwill be ready for it
i mostly like using the wall for secondary entrry chokeholds, areas like tree on ascent A site cuz at most itll be one or 2 players pushing from there and then u can just focus on A main. for attack having liineups help a lot, but i mostly use it for once we got site cuz i dont have the time to learn lineups.
ult is not easy to dodge if ur against a good deadlock player, if u main sova then urll be able to ffigure out how to aim her ult off walls easily and it helps cover so much of the map. everytime i had my ult i either got a kill directly from it, got mutiple kills while the enemy was focused on trying to save their teammate, or helps clear an area of the map
shes very strong late round whether its retake or a playing postplant for attack, shes strong for reactive pushes on defense, and shes weakest when trying to execute on site but thats why you have 4 other teammates

mostly true but u would prob need another sentinel with her since people can just walk and the sensor won't activate which means if solo deadlock would be prone to flanks/lurks.
