they aren't considered a 2nd seed for these purposes. it would make no sense since they'd be the only 2nd seed instantly in playoffs so one team that won their group gets a second seed and another gets a 1st seed anyway? it's random draw. also why would 2nd seed play 2nd seed anyeay
