Why yay isn't performing

Partially exalts fault tbh, but also optic yay on chamber didn't really need to entry (even though his first engagements were very high). Duelists job is to entry/create space so the team can follow up on kills (having kills are nice when you entry but it's mainly the teams job to trade out the entrying duelist). I think yay wasn't also playing his best you could tell because he overheated a lot and just made some very bad plays, but I think that exalt really can't igl well.

This team is dysfunctional in so many ways, I don't know why people have been dogpiling yay. Assuming he plays under a good igl, any team he joins next year will easily be a champs contender

tbf going from an organization like optic, to dsg would be a massive change

the team just dysfunctional. exalt wasnt a good igl. they overpeaked stuff and lost so many man advantages bc of improper trading and spacing. When the team had steel as igl, at least they looked functional and played as a team.

Gotta love yay fans constantly blaming his teammates. This guy used to farm on a team like andbox who couldn't even make it out of opens. He's going through a slump and he'll be back. Stop blaming his team.

Back then valorant wasn't really organized there was no team comp you could have tenzera going in with the ace jett knives. You need a good team to play off of now.

Idk ab champs contender, Yays sort of having an agent identity crisis. Dude has the aim to be absolutely great, but hes not a hard entry like Zekken or Demon1 or Aspas. Yays impact came from the fact that he can win his duels and get out of dodge for free on defense and on offense he can do his own thing and find his own duals and win them instead of having to play a role the whole team depends on him for. Chamber was great because he could take any dual he wanted penalty free and on attack he could go with the team if he wanted or go take a dual somewhere else on the map and not make it a 4v5 instantly because he can get out. No agent atm offers him that versatility of being able to have a get out of jail free card as well as being not essential to most attack strategies and being in the meta comps like Chamber was. Also like while the IGL is important, I think Yay will need to do a lot of work this offseason to either work on becoming that entry jett/raze player, or learn how to take the duals that make him so good on an agent that doesnt have a get out of jail free card.

Teams in relegation aren't really high level teams.

Regardless you don't have to flame a player hours after someone has commited suicide due to depression.
