the whole roster would get replaced instantly for actual tier 2 players

yeah because the team isn’t good enough for t2

everyone outside of florescent and maybe sarah would stay but the rest might end up just being replaced

Sarah's decision making this game was very questionable

Sean gares already said he wanted to offer a trial but couldn’t. Probably next season she’ll get trials at least.
The team overall is a few years away and they won’t be together by that point. Team liquid is probably a team to watch in BR. They’ve made deeper open qual runs than other gc teams and will be playing in stage 3

MIBR is better but they didnt get the chance to pursue challengers so yes id say TL is closer to T2

I hope they try honestly. They need to prove they can compete in an actual VCT bubble, so even if the team got stomped, at least we can measure how good each of the players is, and whether they are VCT-worthy yet.

I believe the "unfair opportunities" problem exists, but IMO only to a certain degree. If I'm a team owner/coach and find a super-talented player, I wouldn't miss the chance to sign them whatever gender identity they are.

My point is we have to be able to differentiate If a player is "less privileged" or if they're just shit
