Is it normal for someone that’s getting a bachelors degree to take more than four years to complete? Theirs so much pressure in trying to complete it in four years.

Yes and no, I believe is extremely common here in Spain. But our college is not nearly as expensive as you guys, so that's a different kind of pressure I imagine

5th years are normal. but also, i think most people could finish a bachelors in 3 years with some hs credit. especially if universities didn't have dumb, money-stealing core curriculums

Although keep in mind that US colleges are mad pricey
