How much you bench, and how much u weight?
chick [#4]I weigh 190lbs and i just started so i barely bench 135lbs (don’t bully pls T_T)
Thats good if you just started, make sure you get the form down and try benching variations to increase your max.

I reccomend you to first perfect your form and then start spamming either 4x5 or 5x5 bench to see it skyrocket.

I know i’ll start benching crazy weights after being consistent, but i just started so i guess it is what it is :)

cocoluna [#12]My tip is to put as many plates as possible right away to intimidate everyone in the gym and then try to do one and not die

canyon [#22]Since the gym go-ers are here can anyone tell me how do I put on muscle :(
I'm genetically skinny and metabolism is really high, my girlfriend left me 3 months ago :( make me mooscular
Eat more. It’s not an overnight switch which is where a lot of people get discouraged (can’t go from consistently eating normal amount to eating a shit ton every day overnight).
Every day just add more calories until you notice bulk.
Calorie dense foods are your friend
Indra420 [#25]bench 100kg recently weigh 89 kg, hit a plateu cant get over 100kg for reps any tips how to improve it ? my one rep max is 115.
put on more weight on that bar and say fuck it. It will move trust.
SAMPV6 [#28]I weigh 160 and bench 185, don't usually bench though ;-; I do dumbbell presses as I ain't got no one to spot me
Just bench with weights that you won't fail with. Dumbbell is definetly more optimal but having a strong bench is a bigger flex than having a big chest.

I used to be really skinny, eating is priority #1. If you don't eat and train, you'll just look cut, but not bulky.
With age you'll find it easier to gain weight, so don't discourage yourself~
Aim to eat 1g or protein per pound you weight, tons of water.
No1AsunaFAN [#29]Reps > Weight
Reduced chance of injury + better gains
I spam 5 or 6 reps to be strong. I don't really care that much about my aesthetics.
malitsuxd [#34]weigh 65kg bench 62.5kg almost at my bodyweight :)
ur bw is my warmup lil bro (chase after me and go beyond me)
babushka_boii95 [#39]I weigh around 80kgs and bench 100kg with a deadlift pr of 130kgs. Fr tho Ive been gymming for 6 months and havent lost weight despite cutting. Anyone got any recommendations to help? Would be appreciated.
please don't cut it's so unneccessary when you only weight 80kg. I'm 81kg rn and only 176cm but I still look pretty lean (abs and all that). Honestly I reccomend you to eat more.
