The first thing first - TSM should try to speak with players from EG/NA teams CSGO and see if any of them are trying to move to VAL. If assuming these players want to switch then TSM should pursue:
- stanislaw as IGL
- Brehze
- FaNg
while keeping only Wardell & Subroza!
If none of them wants to switch, then get NaturE and tarik (if he still wants to compete) but keep hazed.. every team needs a zoomer

if they replace gtn and frz with heat and another duelist, vks will be insane.
Better if they replace frz with a flex player like sick. Brazil trying to play double duelist seems like many players have big ego and will only play duelist. There are really good comps you can play if you have one guy who can flex.

Nah, they need fiery & condifident personalities.. that's how BR win things. From what I saw - all VKS players were the quiet types, even sacy. That's why he needs to get to FURIA with xand & mwzera.

Everyone has a price.. in NA. Especially since that guy is not in a tier1 org or team.. AND he's in NA. Pointless! Any offer from TSM would sway him.

Subroza is too inconsistent to be kept.

Yes. Just because those 2 looks much better in this current lineup in comparison to the rest, doesn't mean they are tier1. An org like EG should aim higher.

Heat and Shion seem to have agressive personality and play. Also being aggressive is not the only way to win. Vikings are known for not being the team reliant on duelist carry so they could either try getting better duelists or try playing comp with less duelist. Become the NiP of brazil, it could work if they know how to stop agro.

They already are that.. but we saw how it played out internationally. BR should embrace that aggro style & I 100% think, even with current rosters GL & FURIA would have done better in Iceland than VKS. They just need to have some 1-2 smart players that can play meta agents to back the aggro style up.

No way sinatraa would accept playing in that team. But Dicey, Aleks & Temps doesn't have much better options, so sure.. but again, not EG. These players beside sinatraa are not tier1 material so I don't see them becoming a tier1 team

So is everyone else in that team except wardell. + I don't see TSM doing radical changes like dropping 4, lol. Subroza has shown that insane pontetial and with a roster like that, he doesn't need to be consistent if he doesn't play duelists.

SORRY FOR THE ESSAY BUT IT WAS THE ONLY WAY I COULD GET MY THOUGHTS ACROSS COHERENTLY
dicey definitely has what it takes to be tier one but he needs the experience. putting him on a tier one org with a tier two reputation is good because the expectations are non-existent so he can learn and have lots of recourses available to him. He wasn't dropped from 100T because he was bad, he was dropped because he wasn't flexible/inexperienced and a player that you can't miss out on was ASKING to join the org.
Sinatraa might end up taking the offer if the paycheck is big enough and he thinks that their is potential. He lost his place on SEN and other rosters are already making some pretty long-term changes so i have the feeling that not that many teams will be looking to pick him up (also his reputation will not be the best at the time) i think its the perfect risk that EG needs to make.
the third could be anyone that fits the role, should 100% be someone experienced though (former 1.6 vet or something) and can teach concepts to the less experienced in a fast but detailed way. Potter should also retire and move to assistant coach. Temp and Aleks have some pretty crazy potential, as seen on the former MR roster and I think its the same situation with dicey. The roster will probably not make top 3 or 5 but i think it will be a good start to reviving their presence in the scene.

Drone is pretty consistent for the most part. I would keep him if anything.

It didn't work internationally because even though they have smart players on the support role they still have 2 of the worst duelists in the tournament. I think you put decent duelists on vks they will do amazing because sutecas, sacy and sadhaak are already really good core.

Allow will op and play jett, Suggest will play breach or phoenix depending on map, Lakia will play raze or sova.
Side Note: These are the only free agents that i can think of
