yeah, but sharks managed to take a map pretty convincingly from NU. While CR managed to only get close to beat V1 on one of their maps. Considering that Nuturn beat V1, I don't see any reason why you would put CR in front of Sharks

S tier: Sentinels
A tier: Heretics, Acend, FPX, Fnatic, Gambit, 100 Thieves, Envy etc.
A- tier: Liquid, C9, Version1, Faze, G2, NiP, Guild, BDS, Nuturn, Vision Strikers (maybe) etc.
B tier: NRG, XSET, GenG, Vikings, KRU, Vitality, Alliance, Immortals etc.

This is ignoring the recent roster shuffles going on in EU. The new G2 or Heretics could theoretically be much better (or worse)
