They got Sayf instead of Ardiis, would they be better?
Admirer3K [#5]its cloud 9 u dumb ahh
yeah lets act everything is decided in a fucking group stage

I think we should give Ardis more time.
IMO ardis is in a minor slump, we are all aware of that. But when Ardis resurges NRG will definitely be contenders for international titles. Ardis was/is just still trying to balance all his new responsibilities besides "go out and kill" when chamber was a thing. It clearly goes well when he only plays jett but NRG definitely wants more than that.
chloeburbank [#7]alternate timeline, sacy goes to FNC before champs and optic wins champs
Franchising starts NRG with optic core +sayf +Leo
NRG win lock in and every other tourney till FNS dies from oldage
was Sacy in talks with FNATIC?
Tashfeen [#12]was Sacy in talks with FNATIC?
Yes, fnatic called him and made him a contract proposal after the iceland masters
Tashfeen [#12]was Sacy in talks with FNATIC?
Yes but refused because he didn't want to join as a no namer

Right because fns on skye, victor on viper, and ardiis on kj sounds reasonable 😹😹😹

I read the post and disagreed.
The better team wins matches
It’s a stupid argument to say NRG is better just because you think they should be, even though they’re losing matches

be it group stages, but C9's teamwork and gameplan looks the best among the NA teams rn. Every analyst has commented on how clean they look as a team. NRG may bounce back but C9 is the best NA team now

Bro its hard to counter-strat a team with 2 new member on the roster, one being the in-game leader🤦🏻♂️
also, do you honestly think that every team brings their A-game in a group stage?

Let's be honest, OpTic was never number 1 in NA Challenger, but went on to be the best in International.
At the moment, yes it's cloud9 but there is chance that NRG will perform WAY better in playoffs and Tokyo.

That's like saying KOI is better than NAVI based on their first match (in week 1). Now that's stupidity.
It's hard to counter-strat a team with 2 new member on the roster, one being the in-game leader.
Wait for playoffs lil bro

This is the most cope thing I've ever read. Saying that its hard to beat a team with 2 new tier 2 players on it with the core of the best team from last year is just so stupid

I have nothing to say to you except you're braindead. Counter-strat is a thing.
EDIT - yeah they come from T2 and so is aspas and alfajer, but they have proven themselves worthy in T1, your argument is flawed

I'm not denying NRG's main game plan is counter-strating. But C9 played better and also counter-strated. NRG can be better than C9 easily though especially since they are no longer trolling their roles.

Bruh. Just because I said NRG is still the best team in NA doesn't necessarily mean C9 is bad. Hope this clears out some misunderstanding you may be getting from my post.
All I'm saying is C9 could be the best team in NA if they keep this performance and result until playoffs and preferably tokyo (not just in a group stage phase where no team has a read on them yet because of their 2 new member).
Until then, NRG is still the best team in NA imo because they have proven themselves internationally in a match where it matters

I would agree with this. Currently I think of all the teams in Americas C9 is playing the best in terms of actual performance and teamplay. Despite this I still think Loud will probably be the best team in Americas.

correction: Sacy goes to FNC and FNC wins Champions.
I think NRG needs a world class site anchor. Thats what yay did on chamber. He was a monster on chamber because he could basically hold a site by himself.
The new chamber is KJ and no one on NRG plays KJ at a premier level.
Give NRG a world class site anchor and they are competing for best team in the world again.

True. But it's still unclear to me whether they are just that good or no team has a read on them yet because of their 2 new member.
Time will tell.
Tashfeen [#12]was Sacy in talks with FNATIC?
He gave his country more importance then Popularity and career yet he is hated by Brazilian fans

Nah
They're going to steamroll their matches from now on (except for LOUD)

It’s not like saying that though. C9 had already played multiple games before the match

It’s because of the diet NRG is feeding him he needs his FPX diet back
