TL for me!
DeathStroKE [#3]nuturn or team vikings
for me they are the scariest teams in the master, more than TL and FNC
turkey [#15]VKS or FNC. i have very little faith in SEN and TL for some reason
what you are experiencing is the “fan affect”
you worry about your favorite teams not winning, which then leads you to believe that they probably won’t
DukesBren [#4]Scream>Tenz :p
It depends, overall I think TenZ has a better gamesense. Imo, both are cracked af. I love Scream’s famous 1taps.
navi [#21]It depends, overall I think TenZ has a better gamesense. Imo, both are cracked af. I love Scream’s famous 1taps.
that includes a shit ton of dry peeks as well
DeathStroKE [#3]nuturn or team vikings
Nuturn? Holy.. that's a take. Vikings could definitely take it though
TaoOat [#25]Why X10?
They can get onto bombsites very easily and they also have solid post plants that aren't just spraying through smokes down c long

nah i think it’s called facing reality i genuinely think SEN will place 3rd-4th
FilthyAnimal [#19]After even more analysis I have concluded:
- Vikings
- x10
- TL
- SEN
- Sharks
- V1
- FNC
- KRU
- NUT
- CR
Why X10 in 2nd?
notAGN [#12]we'll see at lan personally i feel tenz would come out on top
TenZ on LAN isn't the best tenz. At least wasn't on cs. Cause he was dogshit back then.

tell me youve never watched a vod of any of the masters teams without telling me youve never watched a vod of any of the masters teams:
navi [#22]I have only watched the NA scene and some of the EU scene as well, I also hear that the SEA scene is good.
In the end, comparing to CSGO in overall. I think NA and EU will dominate the event. I hope KR teams will surprise us by their deadly gameplay.
EU is levels above NA tactically. Maybe NA can come in with their individuals but TL has that.
gutszeraa [#32]tell me youve never watched a vod of any of the masters teams without telling me youve never watched a vod of any of the masters teams:
I have never missed a single match in the regions NA BR KR EU, and have watched most of the semifinals and grand finals of the games in JP, SEA, OCE, and LATAM. You better take back your word if my ranking is accurate. For the first round, I expect Sharks > NUT, VKS > x10, FNC > KRU, V1 > CR. Does that sound reasonable to you?
Edit: To clarify I mean the games in the big events like Challengers Finals, Masters, or Closed Qualifiers and I started watching pro Valorant in December
Kiss-Shot [#31]TenZ on LAN isn't the best tenz. At least wasn't on cs. Cause he was dogshit back then.
^^^ TenZ was horrible on lans during his time in CS, however, I want to believe he took that as a learning experience and can so how dominant he really is in Valorant. IDK tho
HackNaija [#16]CR because they will ez clap sen
they already lost against them 5v4 and the tourney has not even started, but u probably already knew it...
1 - Fnatic (if they finally learned to play split and ascent, if not then they will not win 100%)
2 - Sentinels (really good team, might choke)
3 - Liquid (really good team, might choke)
4 - Nuturn (they looked really good in the VCT, really well-rounded team, the biggest dark horse in the tourney imo)
5 - VKS (also pretty good, I feel they have a similar playstyle to sentinels, but sent does it better)
6 - V1 (they certainly had their moments in the VCT, but I don't really know what to expect, could also be a dark horse in the tourney)
7 - Sharks (good team but inconsistent sometimes, depends on whether they are having a good or bad day)
8 - Crazy Raccoon (they didn't look that bad but they lost a 5v4 against sentinels so...)
9 - X10 (I don't know much about them, I have only seen the highlights, idk if they are a good sample or not but I wasn't that convinced)
10 - KRU (literally haven't seen anything from them, VKS scrimmed them and saadhak said they were really good so we can never know, they might be real contenders, tho I will play it safe for now)
It’s funny because brazilians are already kicking asses in Immortal/Radiant rankeds.
VKS Saadhak on his Twitter account has already confirmed what I said:
BR ranked >>>>> EU ranked.
In fact, Brazilians are not trying to reach Radiant, we just wanna fucking survive on our’s current rank. (My case, in Immortal). Never underestimate some random guy named “Joãozinho matador” because he is probably 13yr old and flicks better than any aimbot you can buy.
Honestly I’m starting to believe Team Vikings and Young Sharks Will make the final in Iceland.
Kiss-Shot [#31]TenZ on LAN isn't the best tenz. At least wasn't on cs. Cause he was dogshit back then.
that doesnt mean he hasnt improved wtf people learn from their mistakes and man has been playing on 60 ping ofc he'll perform better on LAN i dont understand

I think Saadhak tweeted that because EU ranked consists of players who instalock duelists who doesnt use voice comms compared to BR ranked which is (I suppose) better

sheeeeeeeeeeeesh
rohanxyz [#35]Really want TL to win. ScreaM has never won a major in CS. I think the man deserves one in valorant atleast.
I agree with you
bloodysky [#48]I think Saadhak tweeted that because EU ranked consists of players who instalock duelists who doesnt use voice comms compared to BR ranked which is (I suppose) better
actually, in BR ranked we have a lot of instalock duelists players, but here they're really good (except the Jett otps)
rohanxyz [#35]Really want TL to win. ScreaM has never won a major in CS. I think the man deserves one in valorant atleast.
well, at least this time there's no group stage, so he can't flop before the real tournament begins.
He never won a major because he never went to play-offs, so ... never been close actually.
PawanSapkota [#38]^^^ TenZ was horrible on lans during his time in CS, however, I want to believe he took that as a learning experience and can so how dominant he really is in Valorant. IDK tho
Will be interesting. I would imagine the recent popularity would help him deal with the pressure of being one of the favourites to win. And his play style should translate over to LAN well. But yeah his past experience isn't good. It's hard for me to compare CS Tenz to Valorant Tenz. A lot has happened since then.
anothervlruser [#49]dude ur judging off of ranked? sheeeeeeesh tenz went 14-0 btw :)
They are pro players probably in immortal around 15.000? So?
Noyn [#58]VKS will not drop map, Sharks goes deep in the tournament
Youre developing to the one-sided Brazilian simp with your takes. But good luck in the tourney

dreamhack winter 2013
bloodysky [#48]I think Saadhak tweeted that because EU ranked consists of players who instalock duelists who doesnt use voice comms compared to BR ranked which is (I suppose) better
Its just because in BR people are very agressive
hekzy [#61]dreamhack winter 2013
Lol you are right, indeed his team became LDLC, right? That was the first major, all his teammates became legends.
I don't really remember many things, just fnatic beating NiP in final. f0rest made 2 memorable maps but the last one was probably his worst performance ever.

gonna save this comment and laugh at it later when BR play the EU/NA teams

Your first round preds are fine, your rankings are dogshit though. Sharks and V1 over fnatic and kru is braindead, and x10 at 2nd is straight up just delusional
if you're nervous that's fine boys
accept it it's gonna happen
if you're excited that's also pretty
good okay but it's just like any best of
three we've done we've gone through g2
we've gone through vitality we've gone
through
liquid even we've gone through oxygen
we've gone through guild we've gone
through them all
in like in squeaky bum time games okay
boys
so this is just another one of those
best of threes let's go out there
show them respect they're a good team
but we're just better today and we're
gonna be better yeah
you know like don't feel nervous just
embrace any sort of feelings you have
let's go out there and let's go smash
the opponents just compliment each other
stay positive
communicate with each other play
together be aggressive
be passive be smart and all that jazz
okay boys
let's fuck them let's go guys let's fuck them
Yeah, keep it simple and just fuck them
Ibis [#8]SEN, FNC or VKS. If they have the momentum and a bit luck Liquid as well
That's pretty much the top 4 going into the tournment IMO and I can't say really well who is the best among them. While FNC and LIQ are clearly strong, SEN is in a scenario where most of the other teams are really bad so we can't measure how good they are while VKS is in BR where there where only 4 teams that were actually competitive, but how good was this competitiveness? Maybe even Noturn is better than that. Maybe they're the real deal.
notAGN [#12]we'll see at lan personally i feel tenz would come out on top
i guess no one told to you about his juan taps
