Their core is actually super solid in 3 international level players, mce is a good coach and great at player development surely they do something today.
capital_d_colon [#4]roles are all over the place.
a short period to integrate the new players
new igl who has had little to no success.
a promising youngster (jakee) whos yet to even have a taste of t2.
Definitely a questionmark from the igl, but the guard did do well with an even more obscure roster. It all comes down to how prepared jakee and runi are since they have 3 super flexible world class players on their team.
Prontera [#6]I mean they used to have 5 tier A player but didnt work out. So now they only have 3...
Sometimes the team culture doesnt work, i hope they found the right players to fit in.
they wont be bad theyll put up a fight against EG at least. IDK why people are making it seem like tier 2 players havent popped off in their debut games. Alfa, trent, net, baddyG, kamyk there are so many examples and for some reason people dont rate this team with a core of some of the best plaers in the world
Prontera [#6]I mean they used to have 5 tier A player but didnt work out. So now they only have 3...
yea but they didnt play like they had 5 tier A players and people were already raving for them so they can definitely be way better than they were in lockin

Good point but bad comparison with the guard. It was public that they hade done a crazy amount of bootcamp. I think it was at the complexity facility. That's the only reason they had such good chem and discipline seemingly out of nowhere, the players themselves might've been obscure but they didn't train like it. I don't think C9 would've chosen 2 new players who have no potential, but it's hard now after everything to say how much actual thought goes into their decisions and not just money based thinking. Hopefully they're at least competitive and don't just get ran over at the fault of 2 new players.

All the players live together and have a same scrim facility, they obviously have less time but I definitely think we will start to see if at least jakee is truly promising today.
Marshal_D_Teach [#13]Ethan and BCJ are really good wdym?
BCJ yes very good ... maybe a bit underrated. But Ethan is very overrated (outside of him changing the Sage meta)

I would like to see it.
