Lowkey like nats, suygetsu, shao. I remember there was a good era whenever my NA teams went against these players it was tough to face their aura.
MxM before it was MxS was actually a pretty goated team. I really thought that they should've made it to 2023 Ascension. They stayed pretty good after that, but went through ups and downs. I think the only thing that made me not be big fan was the lack of hype in 2024 or else I probably would've supported them because I really liked Brawk and Flyuh. I think v1c for thief was also an underrated swap.
NA gonna be exciting, SEN making new changes with arguably better fire power. Zekken looking in form if neon stays in. N4rrate to play jett on some maps I think will help with their issues last year of being bad on Jett maps. NRG got good changes I feel like Verno and Mada got big potential to make NRG into something good just super dependent on how they start the year I feel like. G2 got the most simple 1 for 1 switch but they were already good and now they have arguably the best Duelist in Americas so I couldn't imagine them getting any worse. Excited to see where teams like C9, EG, and 100t fit into the league aswell. All of that and not even mentioning Brazil/LATAM makes for an exciting year for the league.
I think its just assumed that EG knows her value at making low budget teams decent so they keep her. That's just my opinion I guess.
SEN is giving them so much respect its horrible
W take, normalize not making things so black and white.
i hated being a SEN fan through the dark ages, but its what makes watching them win more enjoyable.
high highs require low lows
its called fan loyalty a lot of people have never experienced it, but once your team goes big and you were there from the start you stuck a fan whether you like it or not
Where is Peaced. He must face his L. Power ranking is not only based of results. It's based off of speculated expectations. That's quite literally the whole point. People on this site need to stop only basing their opinions off of results.
LMAO you made it so clear this is like a 10% scenario and people are coming at you for just considering the what if.
I haven't watched almost any of this tournament live which obviously makes it feel meh for me.
Curious to see what the viewership stats are going to be like for this one. Horrible timezone for US, but then China's number gonna be nuts I assume.
Anyone who denies Leaf is a superstar duelist is someone who bases their thinking fully on results of an entire team. I hate how many people on this site deny how good someone is because their team doesn't get results.
BTW this is not me saying I don't believe in the current roster, I think it's still very early to tell how they will mesh. (I just wanted to participate in made up rosters that sort of could've happened.) Looking at the current roster through the small glimpse of personalities I see on streams and stuff it doesn't seem like they'd mesh super well. No one of the current players strike me as assertive/confident. I think Boostio could be a great fix for that problem if that ends up going through. (COMPLETE SPECULATION I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THESE PLAYERS PERSONALLY)
100T I was hoping for pre offseason.
100T Bang
100T Cryo
100T Flyuh
100T Brawk
100T Aproto/v1c
I think flyuh and brawk were very briefly attached to 100T and I was hoping they would steal the MxM core with Aproto.
I didn't have much faith in v1c and honestly I still don't, but he's looking good on MxS so I'm ready to be proven wrong.
I think it's important for China to have 3 slots. The more Chinese teams to make it to international LANs, the more likely we'll get more competition inside of the Chinese Region. It took EDG to make it to 2 LANs before they really established themselves, I think it would be really cool if there was another 2 teams or even just one other team from China to also be considered competitive.
EMEA 115 country region, NA 2 country region
100T did insane at playing specifically to counter OP, that's why they wasted a bunch of util on so many angles and played viper on ascent specifically to counter OP. Through all that Tenz still put up decent numbers with the OP.
Good point but bad comparison with the guard. It was public that they hade done a crazy amount of bootcamp. I think it was at the complexity facility. That's the only reason they had such good chem and discipline seemingly out of nowhere, the players themselves might've been obscure but they didn't train like it. I don't think C9 would've chosen 2 new players who have no potential, but it's hard now after everything to say how much actual thought goes into their decisions and not just money based thinking. Hopefully they're at least competitive and don't just get ran over at the fault of 2 new players.
