It could be 4 for each region with lcq and 3 for China with lcq and 1 master winner

If China is sending 2 teams to Masters, China won't send only 1 for Champions

Because they’re tier 2 teams, you can’t go to champions without playing the tier 1 first my friend. The point of Ascension is getting into the league for the next year and then get a chance of going to Champions, but not before
