Oats, cream of wheat, cereal, eggs
Beef, chicken, pork
Rice, potatoes, pasta
Peanut butter, jam
Sour cream, cottage cheese, salsa, beans, tortillas
Corn, onions, avocado, all fruits, all veg...
Low sugar Yogurt, lasagna, pizza, icecream, cheese
Almonds, tuna, pasta sauce, rice pudding
Occasionally chips and chocolate...
Rarely bread and milk...
Only items that I stay away from are soda/juice, nutella, candy
What am I missing? Any food that you prefer that isn't listed here? Trying to eat more diverse, suggestions appreciated
