So Since next masters is in Tokyo What you guys think will be the format and How many team will qualify
I think 5 teams from each region Like
5 from Americas
5 from Pacific
5 from EMEA
1 Lock In winner total
Total 16 teams
8 teams each groups and they can run Double elimination bracket or Round robin from and in RR format top 4 teams will qualify for Playoff which will be double elimination bracket

it's already decided that it's gonna be a 10 team tournament, with 3 slots from each region and 1 slot to the lockin winner's region

currently confirmed 10 teams, with possible maybe 12 if Chinese teams gets invitation

Rio major had 24 teams in a game where matches are longer on average and still worked perfectly fine

10 teams is a joke, the game has progressed to the point where its not just 2 or 3 good teams in each region and with Asia/Americas now combined as well we need more slots to ensure better regional representation

It's already pointless lol. Franchised league was already stupid especially with how few slots there were and some of the meme teams that got in off connections alone. Needs to be expanded further now, not in two years with the ascension teams
