because historically T2 EMEA is shit and T2 NA is on par with, if not better, than T1 EMEA

Seems like a safe gamble.

I mean we got 10 teams in the league and you 5, so yeah it would make sense for NA to have more talent in Ascension, cuz Riot primary system shit on you and handed your slots to Mibr and Leviatan

Also secret agents ardiis, dephh, pancada and sacy stealing NA jobs

You are just basing this on name value. NA ascension is going to be good because ex "tier 1" players, but its still overrated. People rate them high because they used to play in VCTs but forget that for most part NA has been just 1 or 2 team region while rest were struggling. So you having players from teams like V1 or LG playing in tier 2 now doesn't mean they will be amazing tier 2 players.

Kamo, Robbie, olizera, and Starkk is an insane roster, if they got another great Portuguese they could compete for everything even in Ascension imo

I bet Kamo is gonna have some strong offers. If I was Acend I would take him in a heartbeat. Also Olizera and stark are great pick ups in Portugal so yeah we'll see

Good tier list, Portugal is a mixed bag as orgs are building probably the worst possible rosters while they could so easily have gotten an Ascension winning Portuguese roster instead. Spain should go down as they are definitely the lowest of lows rn with talent. DACH has a lot of potential, but the issue is that DACH orgs are almost certainly going budget into 2023 due to the recession hitting DACH orgs especially hard (also one of the key reasons BIG isn't coming back)
France has the return of the legendary CSGO relationship chart so don't expect much from them.
Polaris is a big ?, while a lot of our regional talents have been up in the tier 1 level, nobody really made it to the 2023 season, some might with the relegation tournament, but honestly I feel the pug rosters aren't gonna do much there. Hopeful to get some big names in Polaris to increase viewership but seeing as only really 1 org other than FOKUS actually wants to go to Polaris I find it unlikely any of top free agents will go to their original region. I know some who rather took MENA offers than anything else at this point.

TL;DR: Turkey is winning Ascension

Spain does lack a lot of talent imo. Fortunately I feel like our best talent is concentrating in very few teams so we're gonna get a couple really decent teams like Case, TQ and Rebels imo and then many weaker ones. I wouldn't complain if we were a tier lower tho

Portugal have alot of interesting players, it will be fun to see what they can do with the talent once the dust settles.
Im pretty excited for EAST though, alot of unique gems i think will be unearthed there. hopefully nom pay their players this time though

France and especially Italy with Portugal leagues are fine.
The strongest ones are Polaris and Turkey, East goes after them without cis.

if we talk about orgs only Spain and France would be S tier even losing orgs, gap is too big in terms of esports structure

i mean very similar lists.
i cant see polaris being S with the state its in right now. Outside of fokus its all orgless. Cant see any of the talent from excel/finest staying in polaris
mena is 100% better than italy. should be c atleast. alot of orgs and will be able to bring in imports.
