Chamber reworks to make chamber more of a sentinel?

Headhunter | 4 Bullets Stay The Same, Other Four Are Tracking Bullets
TP | Stays the same, fair for now
Ult | Remove Damage, If someone is hit they become a walking recon lol
Might still be broken but at least makes him more of a sentinel instead of the most insane deulist

Headhunter - Take away the ADS ability
TP - Fine for now.
Ulti - Only have 2/3 bullets in the chamber, but on kill you get the bullet back. Would make it so you cant just spam and have to think about shots. Also give the user the option to turn off or on the slow.
if you take away the ads on headhunter then its basically just a sheriff with 22 less bullets

Headhunter - Reduce bullet cost like it was before ,take away the ADS ability
TP - Reduce the range between each tp ,also add some kind of lagg they did for jett dash (tp at a slower speed).
Edit: maybe reduce the cd when your are taking your tp set-up back to balance the nerf
