Prowler's Duration has been reduced from 3s to 2.5s
Prowler's Nearsight duration reduced from 3.5 to 2.75 seconds.
Delay on the Prowler's Bite has been increased from .4s >>> .6s.

Ultimate increased from 7 Points to 8 Points.

overdid nerf on fade a tad bit.
buff cypher a little more.

It’s riot what do you expect. They struggle with balancing characters, if someone’s op they over do it and nerf them out of meta. If a agent lacks something they wait months to fix it. Love this game but one thing they can fix is how they tweak the agents cause it really isn’t that hard most of the community knows what they want

Didn't think fade needed a nerf, sure I'm not playing against very good players in my gold lobbies, but I never saw anybody use it to the point it was hard to play against

Fade needed a slight nerf. Like nerf prowler health and maybe duration of suck. But they over did it as always.

Are these Cypher buffs enough? No I feel like. It makes the ult more powerful, but how big is the difference in most scenarios? And the trap difference allows more different setups so there's going to be more variety and maybe there some areas that are better covered now. Just feels relative weak, while agent like Chamber is still broken af.
