Trent had an explosive start to his career and was very hyped but he couldn’t keep up the consistency. Yet everyone overrates him now. He is an amazing player, but not the best in NA like the all the VLR sheep say🐑
Trent needs good teammates and experienced players to help him stay calm, something that teams like c9 and possibly sen or nrg can provide for him depending on who the other teams sign as other players. Trent is a young player, and he was on a team led by young and inexperienced and unproven players. If he has players with experience giving calls, he may feel more comfortable and would therefore play better.

Good point
Bro what. Trent was a top 5 ACS player in stage 1 and LCQ lol, while playing basically only initiators. If anything, people are somehow underrating him sort of. Some people somehow think Derrek is better even tho Derrek has always had worse stats. I think the no music thing really hurt him in Reykjavik, I hope he can get over that hurdle. Going forward, I hope he attempts to play his future online tournaments without music to replicate a closer environment to LAN.

ok yeah trent is really good, but i can only put him in top 3 NA, not the best initiator in the region. Both bcj and crashies have proven that they can perform against the worlds best talent, and bcj was event the highest rated initiator at champs. so it doesnt make sense to say trent is better than both of them while only playing in the LCQ.

Saya is overrated, he’s incapable of playing non-Jett duelists
h9zard [#5]he choked on LAN but S tier player online
he really fucked himself by always playing with music, there was this tweet saying that Riot didnt allow to players to have background music during LAN matches... it is such a minor detail but i guess he just couldnt get into "zone"
Mortadelo [#22]But the league is played on stage tho
That was his first and only LAN so far. He will be better next time hopefully.

yeah yeah, I believe in him, just saying the conditions don't favor him
