my source tells me no indo team in franchising. sad
only 2-3 teams getting the interview phase onic rrq and i think boom
ans none of it gets the spot.
equinoxyy [#2]riot gonna be regreting this decision big time. no indo, and some news saying no TH team also. thats fcked up
Viewership <<<<<
Kezyyz [#3]Viewership <<<<<
yeah man its suck, they should at least have 1 team from TH and indo, both bring so much, ID and TH basically have most of the tier 1 player in APAC, and also viewership kinda big there

they looking prefer to pick 5 LCK org more than ID/TH team
but imo DRX, Gen.G, and Damwon is enough for Pacific.
let 2 LCK org swap by 1 ID & 1 TH org

You need to change your statement, that is no indo orgs. Many of the reported Korean teams won't be having Korean rosters and that should be obvious. Also part of the fault is that no indo orgs have a good background (with money and stuff)

pally [#8]hey wanted to ask a question, how much is the viewership of Valo in Indonesia?
Less than 10k.
That just a random guess from me.could be more

yup this should be the slot allocation.

nope, you should also do some research, rrq onic and boom have quite a lot of money, good funding also, rrq possibly one of the richest in SEA
Kepin [#12]Sadge. I hope i see some Indonesian players get pick up by franchise org
yup, but that still a bit diff, i prefer an indo org with only 1-2 player in it, like boom dota team
pally [#8]hey wanted to ask a question, how much is the viewership of Valo in Indonesia?
VCT 2022: Indonesia Stage 2 Challengers viewership stats:
• 16 061 Peak Viewers
• 811 760 Hours Watched
• 7 292 Average Viewers
• 111 hours Airtime
(Watch party not included)

I do understand why big org like rrq not qualify for franchising. Maybe because their main focus only on mobile games. But i think BOOM eSports is pretty big on APAC. Especially with their Dota roster just make it into TI stage with couple of different nationality there.

but the thing is rrq applied for franchising, and also onic, both onic and rrq, has the highest chance to get in, rather than boom. its weird that this happen tho

Berdoa yg terbaik buat tim Indo :)

RRQ, google it.
equinoxyy [#18]100%, no indo no TH
L rito
Idk know what their basis is
Teams like RRQ, BTR , MiTH , FS are such good orgs with so many fans

is rrq still has a chance?

pally [#8]hey wanted to ask a question, how much is the viewership of Valo in Indonesia?
in 2021 which is the first year VCT, im pretty sure indonesia had the most viewership in SEA with a peak 21K viewer before thailand surpass us in 2022. But for average viewers i think indonesia still had the better number than thailand for like 7-10K average. Back then when PRX playing grandfinal in copenhagen we had like 25K peak and thats not include a watch party for about 10K peak
luckypleb [#25]btw ceo boom katanya mau bikin tulisan panjang tentang franchising. Mau nulis kekecewaannya thd rito keknya 👀
yup, pasti sih
equinoxyy [#13]nope, you should also do some research, rrq onic and boom have quite a lot of money, good funding also, rrq possibly one of the richest in SEA
if that was the case they would've been in, lol. why would they remove an org that is representing a good viewership region with good financials. the thing is neither do you have any info nor do i. but according to reports its obvious these indo orgs didnt have as good financial backgrounds as others. and being rich or paying good salaries isnt all that's req

Do you even know about RRQ or BTR? LoL is just dead in sea and rest of APAC in general except VN . Literally no one plays the game

Nope I'm just talking about LoL . It's dead in sea and no partners with riot but that doesn't mean they don't have funds
