Rogue has a great relationship with Riot, they put a shit tone of money and KOI puts a shit tone of fans

Still, if Riot didn't want Rogue which I doubt KOI would still get in by themselves, it's not like they are the same org or something, KOI is just offering Rogue the possibility of partnering here too since Rogue wasn't gonna get in by themselves to get better terms in their LOL alliance
