their aim is soo weird. like really insane
bro, even suygetsu or shao can't aim like these chinese players
how
EDIT: i don't really regard their aim that high. Basically, I just want to say, check them pc lol.
Mortadelo [#2]You’re going a bit too far my friend xD
mortadelo i like saying ur name but not reading ur delusional takes pls contain urself
Kepin [#6]Well suygetsu and shao don't play at EA level. Everything looks cool If ur enemy play like bots
This
ItsMeDio [#4]c'mon
watch EDG at least 1 map
Dude I’ve seen all their maps and I love them, but if you really think they are at the level of PRX or FPX you’re drunk.
Kone just lost to Northemption dude
sheahhhh [#7]mortadelo i like saying ur name but not reading ur delusional takes pls contain urself
It’s an honor to be called delusional by someone like you. Let me just make sure, do Chinese have better aim than OPTC?
JiangLi [#23]What a negative IQ thread . Man just tryna say they are genetically superior KEKW . Well if its true good for me ig
no
i mean, check them pc
JiangLi [#23]What a negative IQ thread . Man just tryna say they are genetically superior KEKW . Well if its true good for me ig
OP clearly means they’re cheating 💀
ok thats delusional, suygetsu is probably best aimer itw but Chinese players are the first players outside of EMEA who have similar aiming style to european players, very focused on great crosshair placement and not unnecessary flicking or trying to aim too fast like apac, brazil, NA and latam. Korea and japan have that kind of aim too but not as good as china and europe

Nah yay ads negs all
Prathades [#28]I mean it's not weird if china has the talent. They have like 1 billion citizens, it would be far weirder if they don't have any good players.
U could say the same about india with that argument.
It depends more on internet penetration and how many people play pc fps games and how long they have had access + how big the esports scene is, (China in comparison is incomparable to India) but to say it’s just population is not the full story.

not taking anything away from EDG (i love watching them) but this competition is so low, like NTH was total shit against FPX with a sub
China like 1.4 billion people versus like 52 million in Korea and like 125 million in Japan. Obviously the potential talent pool is incomparably larger in China that its other 2 competing regions (not to mention that there is a proportionally significantly smaller number of younger people in the latter 2 regions compared to China who has proportionally a lot more younger people).
Basically, China is "abusing" (idk if that's the right word) their far larger talent pool and just going aggro, constantly overpeeking, and winning gunfights. International vs EU teams for example who play much more structured and hold more passive angles (and have cracked players), I think they would easily counter China's play style.

dont worry chinese teams aim just slightly worse than lenny time

China is huge into fps (not huge like China is in mobas but huge when you compare playerbase to other regions) Crossfire talents seeping in

So by your logic India should have the 2nd strongest team in the world followed by the US teams? Lol
All you can do is find excuses and cry while life2 and zmjkk claps your region.

no since India isn't exactly known to have strong esports passion
edit: also why US teams? 330 million vs like 750 million in europe?

Yes, exact what I’m saying, it’s not JUST because of 1 billion citizens, there’s more to it. They have a predisposed culture of FPS games at their advantage.

Agree with you, Don't know why you got downvoted. That's why I never believed in Korea being a strong region (besides DRX). Not many Tac fps games that were huge (besides 1,6 but that's ages ago). Overwatch and Sudden Attack are still wayy more popular than Valorant and the pc bang issue killed the game on arrival

KyLZi [#42]I want to see EDG at champions against the best teams. What can the best teams do to anti-strat/adapt/exploit and what not.
I think it is always exciting when seeing new team on international stage because they may suprise and be pretty good, honestly i like under dog story a lot and it is exciting

Yeah, EDG looks fantastic right now but context matters. While I do think NTH choked and looked a lot worse than they really are during Masters 2, DRX is still the best East Asian team out there and we all know they are still not up to par with the best EU/NA teams (although, to be fair, I think FPX were on another level during Masters 2 and DRX had a shot vs OpTic). I don't think many people noticed because the interview was done in Korean, but basically before the first EDG game there was a Korean interview with RB asking how good EDG is against DRX in scrims, and RB said they're about 50/50 with DRX having the slight edge. Considering that's just scrim, I think it's fair to say EDG at best is around DRX level, which is still really good but nothing to get too hyped about.
