It’s not underestimating. It is more like: they are playing against champions, seed 1, while LATAM never won anything. The best was the top 4 with KRÜ. It’s good but not enough to win OPTC at their best, FNATIC with Derke & Alfajer go kill, micros, macros. Or DRX as we’ve seen. I really hope they win tho.

off of tariks stream he showed the rules, they state if the DC is in the first minute of the round, if the damage was done to the enemy team of the DC it's an exception.
basically, if someone on your team dc's but damage was already done and is not insignificant, they won't give it to you.
also if the outcome wouldn't have been changed (like 10 seconds on the bomb it gives as an example)
