Reasoning : If guild finish 4th Place, their total is 450 too. However, take PRX and Team Secret situation back in Last year Champions as they both had the same points, but Team Secret won PRX at the APAC Regional Finals, so that's why Team Secret was that Champions last year and PRX was in LCQ, Look at the EMEA Regional LB Finals, Guild Lost to FPX, so even if Guild score 450 Points, Guild will still be placed LCQ and FPX will go to Champions

Russ saved them by the skin of their teeth by stepping up when it matters most vs KRU, I'll admit that much, but you can't really talk sayf down like that when he was the reason they even had a sliver of a fighting chance against prx.
stepping up when it matters aside, russ' overall performance is just not good, and if that weren't the case likely would be fewer situations where they need him to step up like that.
