Russ saved them by the skin of their teeth by stepping up when it matters most vs KRU, I'll admit that much, but you can't really talk sayf down like that when he was the reason they even had a sliver of a fighting chance against prx.

stepping up when it matters aside, russ' overall performance is just not good, and if that weren't the case likely would be fewer situations where they need him to step up like that.

Excellent take, as a GLD fan I HOPE they have the best run possible, but realistically I don't expect them to get very far in playoffs (hell, I didn't expect them to beat optic! I was a believer in them making it out of groups through the lower bracket), top 5 would already be a huge W especially if they play like they did against KRU like you already said. They definitely had some very messy and questionable rounds, but they got through those games through nothing but their hard work and calling it a fluke is just undermining their accomplishments. They're not the flashiest team to watch, but don't underestimate them!

really well played by fpx, sad game from guild. early rounds of split seemed like they were definitely playing on tilt and at times like russ and maybe trexx bet on fpx winning. and does sayf not know how fade works or something? I've seen him have clear view of the trails and just not clear angles where they are leading zzz
