Yk that team was lowkey overpowered. They had Stellar, Cryo, Bang, and Zander. No wonder they were fucking destroying the NA tier 2 scene.

I think sentinels's chances went UP if anything. Rawkus was lowkey great against Optic.
Honestly yeah. Nothing beats butt pics this morning
Ok real shit tho mce said they were doing pretty damn good in scrims and I trust mce. They’re still not qualifying tho LMFAO
Bro he said sick could teach chronicle and Tenz could replace Deffo on an Russian speaking team….
Bro opened a fucking resturant and is now balling as a top NA kayo/raze, you can't hate on that.
Also Leaf is sick so Zombs is subbing in for him
I don't like that guy too much. Vastly prefer Sovereign Guides and Valorant Ascended or just watching Sliggy live.
Optic
(Not gonna bother explaining)
Ghost, 100T, or Guard
Ghost and 100T have made some incredible improvements recently and XSET’s doomed to be 4th as always. C9 looks like they’ve fucked up and they’re not gonna be good enough to make it all the way. And while it’s true Guard lost their first two games with that bad role switch, now that Saya’s back on entry I think they can beat XSET and NRG and make playoffs. Then it’s anyone’s game. I just really want a redemption arc for them at masters, and I want them to be able to play more international teams on LAN and get better.
Weren’t you saying optic was a fluke anyway
At the moment, Fnatic are honeymooning hard so they would SMASH optic. Do I think fnatic would win in a month? Probably not.
Genuinely 2-11 are tossups. If I matched any of those teams against any other team I have no clue who would be favored to win. Optic will always win and Sen will always lose tho.
TGRD is a definite posibility. They have a good record against XSET and they're returning to form.
No joke you're sleeping on Ghost. I think everyone in this group could get out of it. It's such a bizarre group.
You know what. That last half of bind was the only good valorant I've seen Sentinels play all year. Good job to them, please get the players on different teams where they could actually perform again.
I CAN'T BELIEVE IT SEN ARE HAVING SOME GOOD ROUNDS
Honestly they had 3 good rounds! That's more than I expected so I'll take it.
Last time they played, guard dominated them
Ahh yes. Yay and derke aren’t good players! Trembo you’re absolutely correct, how could I ever doubt you??
Bruh they won against literally every team in NA last season. They don't need to prove themselves domestically; it's obvious they have a lot of potential. The only place they underperformed is against ONE international team on LAN that got top 4 in the entire tournament. Like I said they were in a slump, but they seem to be coming out of it.
Bro still calling Guard a fluke after they just smashed TSM who destroyed 100T. They were in a slump, but they're getting better
Yeah I haven't seen a creative one since Shazam the dc movie
The issue is as its set there's no promotion, so there's no incentive for t2 teams to be better, just for t2 players to be better.
Second one is a clout snoozer. Optic just win.
This is really a kristoff + alt acc moment
They’ll still be in lcq! Maybe make something happen then.
Unfortunate
I don't know if this is just me but I feel like NA has become a lot less competitive since last challengers. There's a lot more good tier 1.5 teams (TSM, 100T, EG, Ghost, NRG, etc), but I feel like there aren't as many true top tier competitiors. I'm talking teams that could feasibly beat any other team and win a Masters event. Last challengers it felt like Optic, Guard, C9, and V1 could all do that, but now it feels like only Optic could beat the best of other regions. TGRD are in a slump, V1 fell off a cliff, and C9 has been looking a lot less competitive than before. I don't trust XSET, TSM, or NRG to be good enough on the international stage to make deep runs.
On the other side of things, EMEA is looking really strong with FPX and Fnatic leading the way (and potentially M3C if they continue to look better than their Guild game). And of course, Loud, PRX, DRX, and Zeta are still out there and hungry. Really excited to see what'll happen at Copenhagen, but I'm mildly worried about the competitiveness of NA teams going forward. Hoping to be proved wrong in playoffs.
Are you seriously calling the Gambit of last year a fluke?
Edit: I just realized it's apac_jimmy, carry on good sir
