Oh also I saw you listened to Tame Impala but try some of his older albums too they're very good

posted 4 months ago

you mean to other genres? You listen to a lot of trendy stuff, you could give indie rock a try. "Radiohead - Rainbows" and "Black Country, New Road - Ants From Up There" are amazing albums

-Haodong +WoodAy1
+Smoggy IGL??? Why do I lowkey think this would be good, he's the smartest player I think

Also have we really learnt nothing from underestimating rookies this year..?

posted 5 months ago

I'm scared of any rookie atp considering what we've been seeing recently

Says the JDG flair

AG look good wtf their util usage is so nice

How can you say that after how FPX performed against the 2 finalists of shanghai

posted 5 months ago

EDG needs changes, I'm pretty sure he'll be a starter, at least in their next upcoming match. Better to try him out earlier than later when the matches matter more.

And in terms of AfteR, he was the first coach in CN to properly drill in fundamentals and concepts like map control etc. This was part of why EDG was so ahead of other CN teams. But apart from this, AfteR might have genuinely done a lot worse for the team than good, what people don't realise is EDG have always been competitive internationally. First international, they were 2 rounds away from 2-0ing a PRX fresh from 2nd place at previous masters, and then it was the EXACT same for a 100T who was looking like NA's best team at the time. Tokyo was an ideal combination of strategy and individual aggressive plays (the cn style), but AfteR thinks it was them playing like Fnatic which won them rounds, but correlation isn't causation.

In reality this doesn't play to their strengths, there should be a balance, but he's trying to drop the CN style entirely. It's so dumb to try to beat teams at what they're already good at. And guess what happened when fnatic was no longer considered one of the best? They tried to copy FPX who played well gainst GENG. We know how that went. EDG needs a coach who actually cooks their own shit instead of making the team copy what they're not good at

posted 5 months ago

I've seen haodong make good calls before, I think AfteR is restricting him to following certain strats ngl. But definetely not the best IGL regardless

posted 5 months ago

LOLL icl Biank was kinda the reason they fell off, the dude didn't want to IGL cause he wanted to up his stats. So fair move tbh

Nah I think a lot of duelist players will struggle to fit into the role that g2 lays out for them, it's very set: "you must take this specific route, throw this specific util, and do this for us etc." The duelist isn't free and must play entirely around and for the team while some other teams do it the other way around

posted 5 months ago

I been supporting them since guard qualified to their first NA challenger, where they took first seed to Iceland. What a journey it's been

posted 5 months ago

They seem to struggle against the Cypher meta alot, they lose rounds just to cypher trips alone a lot of the time

posted 5 months ago

smoggy duelist, kangkang flex was not it hell no. But edg can play double duelist more for sure

posted 5 months ago

I wouldn't say sword9 had that much of an effect. The style EDG played was the same from 2023 lock:in all the way to tokyo. But you can see After gradually wanting them to change more into a fnatic style team

posted 5 months ago

Yeah I watched a lot of the CN games, I expected FPX to do a lot better

posted 5 months ago

LMAOOO no way

posted 5 months ago

There's something in the air.. G2 come on

posted 5 months ago

Why you getting downvoted, this would be a banger match

posted 5 months ago

if you've watched the first map it's actually embarrassing that you can have a take like that

posted 5 months ago

we've already seen kangkang own cned

posted 5 months ago

boring? I think G2 is one of the more fun teams to watch

posted 5 months ago

FPX is not to be underestimated, really good performance from them and improvement is clear

posted 5 months ago

This ones too real

posted 5 months ago

Did you even watch the match to be saying that? If you think they had a rematch can you confidently say there's no way FPX can win... seriously dude think

posted 5 months ago

Well you see that they can win now, people are underestimating them
