No, just preference. But seafood tends to have nutrients that are normally only contained within certain seafood, such as omega 3. So while it's ok not to like it, it might be worth trying to enjoy it unless you have an allergy to it. I get that the texture or the flavour of seafood is very unique compared to other kinds of meat/food, so it is not for everyone. Even I can't eat certain kinds of seafood like whale meat because I don't like how it tastes. It isn't weird to not like it, and it is quite common from what I hear.
