Great game by G2. Granted I expected a 2-0 by SEN, but damn G2 really did show up today, everyone was on point today, nukkye and AvOvA especially.
Now look, I am from NA and I am not on that seeding game COPIUM. Every match is important. Sure it is gimmicky to say that, but that SEN outcome would've made the difference in facing ACEND, KRU/VK, and Gambit, rather than VS and their NA brethren. Every team is preparing for SEN, of course they are the world champions currently.
Also it's too early to say that the SEN era is over, because there necessarily haven't been an era yet, and no, this loss doesn't make SEN shit, they are exploitable just like every other team. Simple logic: one team wins, one team loses, and today: G2 won and SEN lost.
He is insane, levelled up from EMEA quals to now.
Oh look G2 won their map pick, who would've thought?
I am from NA, but i can definitively say that G2 looked miles better on Icebox. They came prepared for SEN on Icebox.
Map's not over, let's all stay calm before any 0.2Head takes
failed bait

Buddy I'm Asian myself lmao, and all I can say is that PRX actually made SMB sweat. Maybe this proves that maybe Turkey is not as strong as everyone thought. PRX played well despite their expectations and SMB is doing poor despite their expectations. Humble yourself.
PRX gave you a struggle, don't call them shit, if anything this game proved that maybe Turkey is not as strong as we thought.
How could the EMEA 2nd seed that rolled through qualifiers struggle against the SEA 2nd seed? In a relatively easy matchup, hmm?
This game proves that PRX and SEA is overlooked and can give a challenge to teams levels above them.
If i really had to guess:
VS - GMB
ENVY - G2
100T - ACEND
SEN - VK
SEN is a #1 seed and ACEND don't play a 2nd seed if they make it out.
Did this before but:
G2
Alter Ego
BOOM
Blackbird Ignis
Sengoku Gaming
Novagis Gaming
NIP
Zeta Division
GMT Esports
Round 2.
SEN won't let a map slip again.
SEN 2-0
HOPE OF JAPAN SHINES BRIGHT
THEY LIVE TO SEE ANOTHER DAY
The hope of Japan is still alive.
HOPE IS NOT LOST YET
COME ON ONE SINGULAR CRAZY RACCON
well here it is.
Japan's last hope in Berlin.
ZETA is way better than CR, but it was not good that ZETA (back then was Absolute Jupiter) was fumbling during stage 1 and 2.
Takej is the other bright spot in ZETA tbh.
Damn this is a flattening.
Heat is demolishing them, and Laz is the only one trying.
ZETA needs to evolve their strats, and god forbid get a better Jett player (someone like Nagi or Dep), and move Reita to a coaching role or something, like he was in CS.
The ZETA HOPIUM is quickly running out.
OOTL? What happened?
I don't think he was, he's just a contracted streamer
GMB lackluster? I mean they mentally crumbled on Icebox defense, but they did play 100T really close tho. Don't think that was GMB being lackluster, rather 100T being on point that day.
Aight bro, cool. No one's forcing you to watch the games.
NUTURN
ZETA
Secret/PRX
Those are my top picks
TenZ went actual god mode in the last map.
That's all.
nvm
wait a minute
wait a minute
This is F4Q's first ever professional Breeze.
I think that's gg.
SEN
VS
100T
GMB
ACEND
NV
idk that's all I could think of rn
To think that Lakia, the best performing player on NUTURN, is a sub on VS, shows how stacked VS is in terms of skill.
Higher seed gets first map pick
VS (KR #1) vs ACE (EMEA #3)
VS overrated btw. Granted it was their map pick, but VS looked insane. All the discipline, composure, set plays, they were a fucking delight to watch.
damn bruh, calm down
ZETA 2-1 VK
Ah yes, back to this shit again. JP may potentially be the weakest region, but god damn do they rack in the viewership. Val is a new game, around a year and a half old so their esports scene is still growing. Since it's growing, viewership is growing too, and JP brings in insane numbers. Why take out the region that brings in the most viewers, just because GMB rolled CR? GMB is one of the best teams in the tournament, so them beating CR was inevitable. That badly? Maybe not, but god forbid acknowledging JP because of CR and not ZETA.
That's kapp, everyone was dissing ZETA and CR for losing their matches.
What an insane series, my heart needs a breather.
But i can't say that GMB didn't mentally crumble on icebox. That was a choke, holy god.
Holy fuck my heart
I need a breather.
That was a fucking insane series, but I can't say that GMB didn't mentally crumble on Icebox.
Slight mental boom from Gambit.
However they lost 13-1 on ascent against SMB in EMEA qual finals, then won 3-1 thereafter
So all hope is not lost yet. All it matters if Gambit can rally back for Split. Despite all of that, this match has been crazy so far.
Maturing is when you realize that CR didn't look that poor yesterday.
It's that Gambit are levels above anyone else.
Yeah so Gambit um.... looking really insane right now.
If they keep this up, they can potentially beat SEN and/or win Berlin.
Well G2 got kinda team diff'd
I mean it's SEN, the current world champions.
