FNC, X10, VKS, FUR

Call me insane but 3 of the teams have fell off, and FURIA is not solid enough to hang with the best.

forsaken is my personal favourite but if i had to choose, i would pick reaver.

Aleksandar with 71% hsp.

My guy's playing aimlabs in T2.

I agree but neth can literally play everything, if you check his history.

In my opinion, my 5th would be Munchkin. Solid IGL, very flexible, and decent fragging power.

Jady deserves better, he's rotting away on this team.

The Top 2 JP teams in Top 20 world.

Feels good as a hardcore VCT JP watcher, but they aren't realistically better than XSET, G2 or VK.

Aren't KCP trialing Critical, thief, jcStani and jammyz?

maybe paincakes and harmful are trialing for DZ?

and since KCP are officially trialing players, wouldn't they also officially announce that they didn't pass their trial?

Guild is a really solid team, but I think they should move bonkar to coaching. We know that he has some nutty strats but his rifling drags his team down. If they want a Swedish player that can play Astra/Omen, they should get lyNxi from Reject$, or poach Supmah. They are pretty good at rifling and if they can IGL, then I think that Guild has a solid foundation.

The hope of Japan shone bright. They weren't even supposed to be here because of circuit points, but only made it because their Japanese brethren ZETA and the Chinese teams pulling out. But NTH turned the fuck up. They showed why Japan is not to underestimated in the world stage. I think the CR v GMB 2nd game inspired the Japanese teams to pull their weight because if CR gave the best team in the world a relatively hard time, then any of the Japanese teams can if they try.

I woke up at 5 to support the Korean Jett :(

but they had a great run, way above their expectations.

posted about 3 years ago

Damn that such a crazy final, it was genuinely the best finals i've watched so far.

Sadly, NTH burned out after that insane bind OT, and couldn't close it out.

But hey, Japan is levelling up. SEA is levelling up even more. Great stuff from both teams.

His KJ is also really good, see the PRX and F4Q games on Ascent.

I feel like KJ was not the move here on Split, would rather his Raze for some aggression.

posted about 3 years ago

holy fucking shit that overtime was nuts.

It's almost 9 am EST, I haven't slept, but I feel more alive than ever after that OT.

Their coach Vorz was also a Rainbow Six player, in fact he and SugarZ3ro have been playing together since 2019

AUS 3-1

Giving Furia the benefit of the doubt in case Australs lose their footing in one of the maps.

But other than that, kiNgg and Melser are crazy good. They are so damn flexible, fitting into whatever comp is needed on whatever map.

brother buff vs bonkartoberlin

3-1 brother buff

but i do hope that bonkartoberlin plays it close. they've looking crazy and can do some damage.

posted about 3 years ago

Guild looking nasty.

Yacine, Leo and Draken are on fire. And then there's big brain Bonkar with 61 ADR who's creating these nutty strats.

Great stuff from Guild.

posted about 3 years ago

G2 played well let's not forget that, but the brother buff was too strong.

god bless for the tennn 4k on round 23

posted about 3 years ago

only a warmup map, though i would argue that he is better on Viper than Astra

posted about 3 years ago

Close match so far.

NTH needs to comm the enemy flanks because FS got a lot of free kills on those flanks.

posted about 3 years ago

that SugarZero kill was the round ender. If only he didn't push in, he would've gotten John.

PRX 2-1 DWG

Jinggg is good as a secondary duelist, not a primary, that belongs to f0rsakeN, therefore moving d4v41 to a supportive role. If they learn that, then PRX is all set.

they went toe-to-toe with both sharks and furia, but I feel like HL is a step below all 3 of them.

GGs to F4Q. FiveK on anything but Reyna and Skye does wonders. I hope this win boosts their confidence now, but they have to face their korean brethren in the next match and possibly the match after.

No meme, SkRossi is really good. His aim and mechanics are really good, his oping is not too shabby either. He almost got the 4th ot, but unfortunately got timing'd.

I do hope that GE can improve and show more, and I really do hope that the nationalists don't attack any of the players, be racist, blame their coach, etc.

posted about 3 years ago

that was 7 months ago, stop grasping at non-existent straws.

that's like saying gambit is bad because they lost to gyodom galva

posted about 3 years ago

Also, NTH were just better today, plain and simple. I know this is vindication for the GE fans, but PRX is still pretty damn good. They can realistically make a hot lower bracket run. These guys made Berlin, went toe to toe with VS and SMB. They will come back for sure.

posted about 3 years ago

they won all their games against SMG buddy, try again.

posted about 3 years ago

I had PRX winning but let's fucking go NTH. this is a win for Japan.

They looked spectacular today. Everyone was hitting today.

Japan is levelling up, keep an eye out.

posted about 3 years ago

NTH were just the better team, PRX tried nt

posted about 3 years ago

what a crazy first map. I was on the edge of my seat the whole of Paper Rex's attacking half. Seoldam is such a fun player to watch, TEN and Meiy are so damn good.

Japan levelling up and it's great to see.

bonkar - for sure
kolda - i mean G2 is still a solid team, but he is not a team-ending weak link or anything
boaster - debatable, most of the FNC players pop off on any day which includes boaster

posted about 3 years ago

Koldamenta is fine
Bonkar.... yk the rest
pAura is also fine
bonecold prolly had nerves at Berlin
Boaster is also fine
Sterben is pretty good

PRX 2-0 NTH
BOOM 2-1 DWG
F4Q 2-1 GE

posted about 3 years ago

I won't lie,

GE could win. F4Q has looked poor this tournament, given that they are doing the Bunny Jett experiment. They just haven't looked the same since Berlin.

But then GE got rocked 26-3 by PRX and their nationalist fans are calling PRX ping abusers, putting the team to shame, and possibly more ping issues might've mentally boomed them.

2-1 F4Q but it could very well go the other way.
