what a unique take, nobody else predicted that one!
i would be extremely salty at victor as a loud fan
next map should be closer it’s not over yet
honestly i developed an allegiance to the players, specifically wardell and somewhat subroza, not the team itself. now that wardell is gone, subroza is the only OG left, and it doesn’t even feel like TSM anymore. i’d rather Wardell qualify with V1 and follow him wherever he goes after he’s done subbing tbh. ty for well wishes tho.
TSM was dominant from CLG Blitz Cup #1 through First Strike, which was a span of ~5-6 months. Nothing but downhill from there, though :/
they have to qualify for this VCT or be signed, otherwise they probably disband. it’s a cool little project though.
as a wardell stan this makes me happy. we should be able to see him play a couple games in the open qualifier, i assume V1 easily qualifies for groups.
Nooooooo! There goes the Disney Extreme Masters Grand Slam. Only 2/4 events.
Wow!
insane trio of Rossy Subroza gMd!
let's go OpTic, yay deserves an MVP
also, does Valorant do MVPs like HLTV/CSGO? they should.
why not shahz on chamber on some maps, sova others? he was the awper in csgo. tenz on duelist/flex, kanpeki on duelist (the ones tenz can't play) /flex, dapr senti/smokes, sick smokes
getting close to the IEM Grand Slam!!! 3/4
TSM 2-1 wins another Knights mickey mouse, their third since last VCT qualifier.
yawn, faze fans actually thought they could win. losing to fking tsm must be really sad. but nothing matters until vct, ggs
100T eliminated in quarters: "New roster, solid work!"
TSM winning another mickey mosue: "..."
but to be fair none of this matters until VCT
i can if they let a player act as GM and make those decisions. just negative things to say about everyone involved lol.
edit: in no sport ever does a player acting as GM work out well long term. should be an easy concept to understand. the org gave him that power, if true, which makes it their fault. you can always pass the buck further up.
yeah just terrible management so many times
On stream, Hazed said he passed on signing Ethan to TSM back in the day. Ethan switched to valorant in Feb 2021, so that would have coincided with the +brax -Cutler era.

Just a tidbit for NRG and TSM fans.
For any TSM fans:
George Geddes said according to multiple pros the problem preventing Wardell from joining a team is NOT skill related. Implying work ethic or attitude, perhaps. He wouldn't give any more info.
yeh i meant that as “it (should have) been…”
MAYBE GenG won't be dogshit with jcStani, but you can't call them good until they prove it in VCT. Everything else stands.
ppl really tried to gas up his Sova and Chamber at one point lmaooo
EG, NYFU, GenG, RNG, T1, TSM.
Guard, Knights, NRG are fine.
T1 is just fucked, take it from a former TSM fan, I'm aware of what it looks like when a core of a team is fucked.
Curry is a no-namer playing Reyna like a sentinel, Pwny is a no-namer, Thwifo had his moments but is just an ex-Fortnite pro, Steel can't call or lead for shit, and Dynamic is just a Tier 2 player thrown into that shitty mix.
But wait until VCT too judge to harshly, I guess. Valorant has a way of fluking former no-namers into a momentary spotlight. Again, take that from me as a TSM fan.
It's refreshing to have so many flexible players who can aim well with rifles. gMd and Rossy will play anything it seems, Subroza should have always been on primary smokes, and Corey can flex to any duelist. Seven is definitely the least flexible, but at least he will entry rifle (and be good at it). The awp skill diff between him and Wardell is obvious, though.
TSM 5-0 FaZe match history.
That includes many different roster iterations for both teams, so I doubt the undefeated record changes today.
As I've said many times before, I'm a bigger Wardell fan than TSM, but I'll support Subroza/Corey's careers too.
Ethan won quite a few LANs in CS and was about as "legendary" as any NA CS player could be (only behind the Liquid Grand Slam squad and the C9 Major squad). He also played very well in Masters 3, which reaffirmed his LAN prowess.
TLDR his CSGO legacy
stop that. if u love the esport then hold the devs accountable, it will grow faster.
yo this is exciting. those Brazilian boys be lookin kinda hot, not your typical gamer 😩 Should be a fun matchup.
the PC rig i finally bought has a 4K monitor but still only 60Hz. So it’s great for movies and such, but I only use 1080p for Val/CS so it’s kind of a waste when it comes to fps.
they were either randomized or based on the Round Differential from group stage.
i’ve been wanting this for a while. Something like:
Brehze
Ethan
Rush
Stewie
Wardell (in place of CeRq)
Maybe exchange Autimatic for Rush or Stewie, depending on who is more washed.
For TSM: only subroza left
For TSMA: only payen and ZK left
meanwhile, my MOMMY 👩 wouldn’t even buy me a $200 mouse 🐁 and a 240Hz monitor 📺 to get out of bronze 🥉 she never believed in me 😡
tsm feels boring and pointless without wardell, like if they qualify it’s not the same.
these guys prob scrim each other every day lol
I will admit that it's refreshing to see Subroza hard carrying on smokes again, with Corey out-aiming everyone on any meta duelist the team needs (not just Phoenix, no offense to Drone). I wanted gMd on the team since the Stage 3 matchup between TSM and GenG, plus he's a clear upgrade over Aleko regardless of agent.
I'm not necessarily sold on Rossy and Seven yet. Rossy is willing to fill pretty much anything, so that's good. Seven has more impact than Wardell on attack (two 4k entries come to mind on Ascent), and he's willing to be more aggressive awping, but I'm not sure how he'll hold up against Tier1 competition.
Good stuff from them so far, though, they've missed a lot of hype since 100T and FaZe are in this tourney.
I'd rather Vexo Esports make it here than TSM Academy, no need to see that fluff match.
lmaooooo T1 trying their best to look as shaky as TSM
ez group for tsm, let’s see if they can make quarterfinals!
NA: Liquid EG coL Party Astronauts
EMEA: G2, FaZe, VirtusPro
knights is way better than NSG when it comes to streaming group matches. they typically have 2 official streams and ~4 unofficial producer streams, so it’s a matter of luck. there are 32 matches each hour for 3 hours today.
it’ll still be Raze and Neon, Jett will still be used too imo. Thinking Reyna/Yoru pickrate will increase is a kneejerk reaction from PRX.
don’t forget the TSM triple duelist comp, that one was so ingenious it took over the meta for several years!
they’ve been struggling by unnecessarily forcing themselves into the wrong roles tbh. that, and the gMd signing doesn’t make sense to begin with if he’s not playing smokes.
if ur team is setting up a site hit and you’ll be entry-dashing within 12 seconds
OR
if ur awping on an aggressive angle, say at the start of the round, or peeking something based on info, etc within 12 seconds
ur basically just priming the dash, makes ppl play smarter. also makes jett much more of a space-taker and entry rifler instead of an awper.
