they'd have to go thru LCQ to get to champs too many teams have more points than them.
and won a trophy while NRG sat at home? + Zellsis stepped up Map 5 and Sacy isn't known for fragging
this goes back to the optic days he was usually seen to get one and die wasn't a crazy fragger. + last year he was playing a lot of Neon and Raze while ardiis was playing jett then a sentinel
i'm not saying they're horrible i'm saying they never look good when they have victor primary duelist and in most of those events they play rounds that look like they don't even communicate throwing a lot of rounds last year
they lost marved and demon1 and replaced them with FNS and S0M that is a major drop off and Victor as primary duelist never worked for them last year.
they still have the exact same roster as last year just moving Victor to primary duelist which they never found results with and adding ethan, which is definitely an upgrade but they lack firepower to go last year NRG's chemistry was so off throwing 5v3 situations regularly.
the valorant news twt said furia and i just thought of LOUD WTF
according to saadhak less will be playing. + adding Pancada i'm liking this new LOUD roster ngl
same thing in Madrid, and Kickoff no wonder 100T surpassed SEN in points so easily even though SEN played the most matches + won 2 events.
watching them play vs LOUD 100T LEV series alone there are so many rounds that we're thrown by the opposing team or somebody getting 2 or 3 to make it winnable.
going off the of the past 2 games i can actually say this not even including the LEV + 100T series.
yes hero plays, as in they don't trade good when you need to get 2 or 3 to equalize that means you don't tend to trade well which they don't.
blud scrolling thru previous threads how do you get cooked by Yinsu and Chronicle?
are we forgetting pearl? Water is a great place to goon so after your done you can rinse in the water + flowers you can goon while surrounded by the scent of roses
let him cook he's a S tier gooner
vs LEV? vs 100T? most of their round wins we're either thrown rounds or someone getting 3 or 2 to equalize.
so his 2 clutches vs LOUD in Kickoff Grand Finals we'rent momentum shifting? aswell he's rarley in clutches + the clutch stat doesnt differentiate 1v2's,1v3's,1v4's etc.
TH threw 2 maps letting FNC back in the series yes it is a massive fluke
Sacy is a clutch god when the team needs he prevails + C0M flanks on Sova saving his util that won't help his teammates retake site at all
what teams do you think that played insane in Stage 1 do you think will be exposed in Stage 2 + what teams that missed Shanghai do you think will be way better in time for Stage 2?
C9 - they had a really good stage 1 but all of their success is off the back of OXY they don't have a solidified second option + they have a below average macro,
G2 - Rely on too many hero plays and usually tend to throw rounds aren't at the level as teams like 100T and SEN (in their best form) their reads/gambles rarely tend to pay off and they don't condition their opponents well to a point where they are constantly worried about lurks/set plays.
FNATIC - A very fluke win vs Team Heretics in the Stage 1 Grand Final they don't look like they are in their 2023 Form at all.
NRG - they will have a better second stage, they haven't had success with Victor primary duelist but they do have a very good chance at competing with teams like Gen.G.
Honorable Mentions
SEN - won Madrid but nose dived right after have played the second most rounds this season and burnt out in Stage 1 but I believe they will come back hungry and debatably be better than they we're in Madrid, adding consistency they have a lot of off days + i've heard they've been frying in scrims.
DRX - they've parted ways with Stax but they have a very good roster I think they will definitely be good for Stage 2 if their new igl can untie a lot of their knots and find new levels of success in stage 2 .
this masters is too much throwing rounds in madrid there was def less upsets/no crazy matches where teams got wrecked and the stage 1 format made it where you we're plunged into regional games instantly and qualification to the events meant worse teams could play at the event.
yeah I know but with no context this is hilarious.
https://x.com/aspaszinho/status/1795153589775536213 LMFAOOOOOOOO
okay well thats dumb, but the teams who were 3-3 have a chance to go 7-4
better than Stage 1's format so groups will play groups so we won't have it were one group is 3-3
Cuz he's consistent as ever, is consistently the best player in the world, towards the end of 2022- the present.
they should've made this event but I guess DRX wanted a new IGL.
I prefer lighter mice like a Atlantis Mini/Sora V2/Starlight 12 the GPRO Superlight is used a lot.
if you damage a wireless mouse it's your fault 100% and obviously batteries die thats why you charge them.
i get this guy is supposed to be good but i'm actually starting to think he's a scrimmer i just don't see him as a top duelist he's not QCK level but he definitely isn't as great as Valyn thinks he is this is the reason SEN will run through G2 in stage 2.
I hit 800K during madrid and Stage 1 took me down to 600K we'll be back tho 100%
theres no way this happens boostio's calling made this team look good.
like i said this last split and we played like shit if we get our shit together we will actually mop
will we have the current update 8.9 for Stage 2 or 9.0 with the map pool change + buffs/nerfs?
we can actually mop this split, KRU is not better than us, C9 is oxy carried and we will literally destroy G2 I'm only worried about NRG
i swear if SEN are in form we can actually do it they are literally the same NRG as last year and they don't preform well when Victor is playing primary duelist
https://www.vlr.gg/team/2/sentinels if SEN DO NOT MOP THIS FUCKING SPLIT I AM DONE WE ARE BETTER THAN G2 KRU C9 and NRG IF WE PLAY LIKE WE DID IN MADRID PLEASE MAN
agreed, in madrid they looked uncoordinated and relied on a lot of individual plays but now they actually look like a team.
why the fuck is this guy still in T2? I can actually name 5 EMEA teams that need this guy.
Apac actually looks better than EMEA most tournaments this year imo.
a lot of you will think they are shit but they are actually really solid they beat FUT they took Gen.G and TH to a down to the wire map 3, they will be a dark horse for champs.
