Ascent comp is not it on this map. A comp notorious for playing slow and probing for info into choke points on a map with rarely any choke points and C9's defense looks horrible they have a massive mid gap.
The Comp should be either Harbor Omen Breach/Skye Cypher Raze/Neon or Omen Breach Gekko/Skye Cypher Raze Neon.
Skye is a MUST if you run single init with the harbor omen and I think Breach Gekko/Kayo is a MUST for playing fast and taking fights on T and CT side. Omen should be non-negotiable aswell is the Raze/Neon.
As for Oping on this map it is very hard to punish opers on this map if you have a skilled Omen/Raze you should be fine.
Playing Fast on this map is a must you can change pace with some comps like this but it is nearly impossible to hold any of these sites even with the Sentinel on the site.
the only comp Americas created is the Ascent comp lol.
I dont fw these comps imo, you have to push for space this is basically a tuned down fracture, Breach Gekko with the Neon/Raze is very strong by champs teams should realize this, I think this is the starter comps.
Sacy's dog died so Curry will be subbing in.
a lot of people seem upset at Curry subbing in for Sacy but I think it's perfectly fine, Curry is a very intelligent player and a better fragger than Sacy, I don't see why anyone wouldn't pick SEN to win with the added firepower Curry brings.
HOLY FUCK there is actually no better player to replace sacy than curry + curry is a better fragger than sacy so I think we'll be fine.
no matter what happens tommorow be happy that such great teams got the chance to compete for a spot at champions and hope for improvements next year although this season was horribly formatted i'm glad we all got to watch our favorite teams clash head to head o7
