FNC
FPX
PRX
SEN

FNC is the only one I see being even close to a lock, but even then SEN/FPX may do well against them. (I think FNC hard counters PRX with their playstyle)

posted 6 months ago

mine:

LEV and/or SEN will bomb out in groups
PRX will win the event by being lucky and having Gen.G take out the american teams for them(and they learn to dominate the new map like they did with pearl) (this is not hopium trust)
FUT will go on a run
icy will finally beat the allgeations and prove he is a top duelist
no chinese team will get past groups

posted 6 months ago

More copium :)

winner: PRX
Runner Up: Gen.G
most overrated team: LEV
most underrated team: Talon
most overrated player: zekken
most underrated player: icy
team that is gonna choke and flop in groups: LEV
mvp of the event: something
player that pops off on an ass team: KangKang

posted 6 months ago

yea, that's true too

but this about PRX changes, and we're talking about Jinggg rn, so that was what I focused on

For that MSI model, it's fine.

MSI model is 7.83in = basically 200mm

https://us-store.msi.com/Graphics-Cards/NVIDIA-GPU/GeForce-RTX-4060-VENTUS-2X-BLACK-8G-OC?irclickid=V6U00dR-YxyPR-WyKOXp0WzEUkC2U331I2qfyE0&sharedid=&irpid=79301&irgwc=1

Aerro 500 supports up to 374mm GPUs

https://aerocool.io/product/aero-500/

you should have plenty of space

posted 6 months ago

What GPU model exactly? There are a lot of MSI 4060's.

Note that the 4060 is basically only viable for 1080p, and also loses in price to performance to AMD options in raster.

posted 6 months ago

Esports is harsh. get used to it. no one cares how much effort you put in or how much you care about it, they want results.

If you can't get good results, changes will happen.

posted 6 months ago

Budget for the GPU? What PSU do you have? Can you give me the exact model of the case?

posted 6 months ago

I think it also depends on the meta

Champs 2023 was AMAZING for PRX because Raze was viable on basically every map(except for Ascent, but they made it work anyways) and he could play phoenix on Pearl

If raze becomes viable on every map again,. then it's okay for him to be a one trick

posted 6 months ago

conteder for best op does not make him a contender for best jett

posted 6 months ago

Kang Kang is a contender for best oper, not best jett

posted 6 months ago

he's trying to get attention from his dad chronicle, go easy on him

posted 6 months ago

probably, yeah

posted 6 months ago

First see how we do in champs

then see if Jinggg can play anything else

then we decide

posted 6 months ago

depends on what you define as a flex

nowadays, you basically need to play multiple roles well, and now it's much more common to see players switching between two roles, e.g how demon1 could play duelist and smokes\

players who can't flex(like Jinggg) need to be REALLY good at their role(aspas). Otherwise you lose flexibility and your map pool becomes restricted

if you mean true flex(basically anything) the only real options are RB, f0rsaken, and chronicle(from the top of my head pls dont get mad at me)

I think f0rsaken can play more agents but chronicle will play better on average

but chronicle has trophies and people will say that's why chronicle is better

something clears

posted 6 months ago

yep :)

just giving true proof

posted 6 months ago

Because I have time:

Assuming pi = EXACTLY 3/14, he only had it for a few seconds

before round 15, chronicle is 2/14

https://youtu.be/HBW9pQJHg2o?t=2450

later in the round, he get's a kill, putting him at 3/14

but then he dies in two seconds to be 3/15

https://youtu.be/HBW9pQJHg2o?t=2577

so true :)

The idea is that teams will see G2 as one of the biggest threats of the event, and teams will heavy anti-strat them

I think they do have enough time to cook some new stuff, and G2 is just so well structured that an anti-strat isn't going to do much.

posted 6 months ago

I'm talking about Shanghai. They failed to get a single map. Losing with basically all of them not even being competitive is just really bad.

posted 6 months ago

Lost 0-2 to Gen.G and 0-3 to TH. While I admit this likely isnt their current form, it's still something to keep in mind. I also think they have yet to play current LEV, tho not 100% sure.

posted 6 months ago

True, but teams will try to save some strats for champs.

International trophies mean MUCH more over regional trophies, nobody gives a fuck that PRX has won pacfic trophies, they make fun of us for not winning a trophy on the international stage

posted 6 months ago

I think it might not be a true fight from both teams, given these matches are about seeding, but should still be fire:)

posted 6 months ago

Four spot is picked by Champs Points. LEV is the only team that has more Champs Points over SEN. Now that LEV has qualed to champs through playoffs, SEN is the team with the highest amount of champs points.

posted 6 months ago

nope G2 is too structured

posted 6 months ago

just because they didn't place top four in their perdictions doesnt mean they are "not good"

I don't have LEV in my top four despite popular opinon, but that doesn't mean I don't think LEV is good.

posted 6 months ago

chill out yall qualified now can we just please watch valorant without hating

posted 6 months ago

A very weird top four, but I think it makes sense if you think about it:

G2
PRX
Gen.G
TH/FNC

Link one:

32 Kills, 174ACS. (I don't see rating for some reason =/)

Highest amount of kills and ACS on G2 is 36 and 184 by Valyn.

Leaf was four kills and 10ACS behind the best on G2.

Link two:

73 kills, 207ACS.

Leaf had the highest ACS, three kills away from the highest kills.

Link Three counts, yeah.

posted 6 months ago

Ignoring offseason torunaments, Lock//In.

edit, but yeah, if that doesn't count because all teams qualed, then Champs 2021

posted 6 months ago

leaf is playing insane rn, and G2 is a pretty strong contender for champs.

You have anything to back this statement up?

bro lost the first match =/

posted 6 months ago

Because they are different subclasses.

Raze is a space maker. The point of raze is to make space. Blast packs cover a lot of area, boombot to check if space is clear, and nade to clear space.

Jett is a escape agent. You can make risky plays and get away with it due to her abilities. Dash and updraft let you get away, smokes provide cover.

The two are very different and require different playstyles.

posted 6 months ago

rating a bait

and it's out of 8 beacuse bait = b8

posted 6 months ago

Proof?

I've always assumed that it's because China and Pacific have similar time zones, so matches would overlap. By doing it this way, both playoffs are seperate and don't overlap.

posted 6 months ago

it's riot who did that, not pacific as a region

posted 6 months ago

Double senti is interesting.

The two major problems I see for deadlock is:

How do you get value from sonic sensors, because duh

and is it worth it to pick deadlock over say a breach.

The comp idea is interesting, but I don't see how it works on attack.

You're basically sending in Yoru with a omen blind and scan and praying Yoru finds one somehow.

posted 6 months ago

I can see the idea of Deadlock, but I would rather have a KJ or Cypher on Haven.

You also need a proper comp, NRG's comp was not it.

posted 6 months ago

Literally no one cares about graphics in Valorant. The goal of the game is to kill people, no one gives a shit about what color the walls are

you first stop the hate on PRX >:(

posted 6 months ago

Yet Potter has made a team with people expected to play in T2 beat solid teams, while TH did nothing last year.

posted 6 months ago

mb, I was thinking about this from the top of my head.

posted 6 months ago

It's not a like/dislike thing. It's that you cannot have an inactive player when running it down. The only times they have played a KJ or Cypher was on Lotus and Fracture(off the top of my head). But, both maps basically require a sentinel as running it down on defense is worse, as their is a smaller chance of picking the right site.

posted 6 months ago

It's that no one knows how to play KJ outside of d4v41 and f0rsaken(never played kj but the guy can play literally anything), but they have to play other roles.

Jinggg's viable agents are not viable on Ascent, so they have to try to accommodate one of those agents.

Tbh tho, KJ is probably one of the easiest agents to learn, it's just shit like lurk timing that's hard
