True, but his intended design was to be able to counter/be immune to utility when in fact a much better ability for the job is already in the game. That's the point I'm trying to make
The Interceptor needs to be set up beforehand, is very loud, can be cancelled (shot) while it's active (so often it won't last all 10 seconds) or blinded/nearsighted so it gives false information or doesn't work as intended, can't get value across the map (unless set up beforehand), and doesn't cancel all util (e.g. smokes, Breach util)

Definitely swiftplay, especially if you're high ranked. Spike rush gives you a set amount of exp per game, whereas swiftplay gets you pretty decent amounts of winning 5 rounds since it gives you exp for won rounds as well as rounds played
