Kinda debatable but I think it looks a lot better

My ideas were:

• Make wall a bit longer (QoL), give it a shorter cooldown (30 seconds to match other controllers) and hide the line it makes on the ground from the other team
• Wall and cascade no longer slow allies + slow to enemies increased from 30% to 50%
• Cove cost goes down to 300
• Ult stuns faster so it's not as easy to dodge
