Biggest change I want is to make EVERY gamemode (aside from ranked, premier, unrated) to have NO RESTRICTION ON LEAVING MID-GAME. It's NOT a competitive environment, and the only reason you're playing these gamemodes are either to HAVE FUN or to warm up.

In The Guard's case, they already had a roster locked. That roster won Ascension, and deserved to play in tier 1, no matter which banner they were flying.

In BLEED's case, they don't have a roster. They have 2 players and a coach. If they were picked up by a new org, that org would be able to put in 3 players of their own, which is the majority of the roster out of their own pockets.
