Idk can't tell, I've been lagging off the face of the earth for six months
Makes sense, I guess. Feels more like barbed wire than actually grass to me but I'll give it to ya
Very solid list, I agree with most of these
Potential changes:
Jett - normal/flying (it just makes sense to me idk)
Raze - fire/fighting (not sure what the ground is meant to be tbh)
Sage - ice/fairy (self-explanatory)
Vyse - steel (I don't think anything other than steel makes sense)
Waylay - fighting/fairy (I don't see a world where she isn't fighting)
Of course Leo isn't marketable right now... how do you expect him to be, when he's been out of it for a full year?
He was very mainstage in 2023 and prior, though. I feel like you should be aware of that already
That's twice this year already NRG's had to make roster moves due to a "difference in opinion" on how to approach the game.
I don't like theorizing about this kind of thing but could FiNESSE's approach just not be up to date? And if it isn't, can they realistically expect to find a new coach who can match him?
This is an uncharacteristic split from him. He usually looks a lot sharper
He did have that one 20/2 map but that aside something's off about him lately
If we're not allowed to judge then what's the point of making this thread?
W for DSYRE/DNSTY but what the heck do they have an academy for then
Nobody would ever willingly choose this 😭😭
Yes (I choose to queue on a laptop that can't go 36 seconds without having an existential crisis)
This is purely theoretical but Yoru would've gone HARD in a Harbor Viper meta
Yes, they made top 8 at Champions with a much worse roster than this year
Your argument is that GC is dead this year. Why would last year matter?
Their core (enerii Alexy Kamiyu) is on Falcons Vega now
Their team is REALLY good. They kept Mary and madv from last year's roster, and signed enerii, Alexy, and Kamiyu from Xipto. Very easily the closest thing to a super team GC has right now
For the record, they went unbeaten in SEA Split 1. And by unbeaten, I mean they didn't drop a single map until the Grand Final, where they won in a convincing 3-1
Nobody's talking about it because Tejo's frankly a bigger problem. At this point, Deadlock gravnet might also be a bigger problem than Neon slide
My favourite was ZETA DIVISION GC, but they've disbanded unfortunately. My top 3 are now Karmine Corp GC, DRX Changers, and Team Falcons Vega (in some order)
vo0kashuFan not adding vo0kashu is kinda crazy
Yes. And they won convincingly, even with their Killjoy dropping less than 90 ACS
The idea that solo Harbor is inherently bad needs to be phased out, man. It isn't... it just has some drawbacks
+Governer? On purpose?
Jokes aside he said he's not in a good state right now so it doesn't make sense to sign him. Let him rest... he'll back to Challengers NA next year
Mb, "I have to watch it" comes off as you're being forced to watch it
Elektronomia - Summersong 2020
Vandal: Imperium (also have Prime... my favourite is Champions 2023 but I don't have it)
Phantom: Mystbloom (used to be Sentinels of Light, which I still use every once in a while)
You said "Ethan igl was more successful than FNS igl." Even if you omitted anything outside of NRG, 2023 was still their best year and that was FiNESSE
Does 2021-23 not exist to you?
By your logic an extremely toxic environment won Champions 2022
Also Ethan > FNS??? 0/8
How is it the Yoru's fault if his teammates can't play Tejo?
Is there an actual trophy for Split 2 of Challengers Spain? Or are you just talking accolades
These nihso alts just keep on coming, don't they
I need the Champions 2023 Vandal
Thanks cloudberry
Why would an alt get "most improved baiter"?
Also thread of the year is probably 100T Coaching Search Application from m4
I'll take your word for it. Gonna keep Masters 1 in LATAM so the new host is Montevideo
Yooo that's exactly what I have
Masters 1: Monterrey
Masters 2: Amsterdam
Champions 2026 is already confirmed to be in China iirc so I'm gonna guess Shenzhen (it's probably gonna be Beijing)
I had it with between two slices of buttered bread and it tasted great, but I'm a simple guy so what's enough for me might not be enough for you
