glrs might actually be one of the worst teams in tier 2 bro, how the fuck do you choke two games in a row
Their new pickup is really good. Is Marteen staying? Avez, Marteen and Saadhak is actually a really good roster so far
KC signed a new player today tho
also that GX roster looks pretty insane
Idk, UdoTan plays both duelist and initiator while Free1ing plays sentinel, I'd pick UdoTan to be my star player because you could build your team around him more easily
Hope T1 picks up one of them after ascension but probably not, I want to see the S tier korean talent in tier 1 instead of B tier talent like carpe
UdoTan in my opinion, he's a more flexible player but you really can't go wrong with picking either. Both are unbelievable players.
Last game between these two was really close, galorys 2-1 lets go
Icy works within G2's system, their style doesn't really warrant an insane duelist that takes aggressive fights. But I think G2's ceiling will be limited if they don't upgrade their firepower. Oxy or Jawgemo would make the team more dangerous, but I'd understand if they keep icy.
This is as far as you go, ALG
UdoTan and Free1ng are just unbelievable players, man. Should be another RA 2-0 just like their last match against XLG. But XLG could surprise.
All Knights and Galorys fought close games with M80 during the group stage, it's been a pretty close Ascension overall with a ton of close games and overtime maps. M80 now lost to 2G, arguably the worst team of the 4 remaining. Yet everyone acted like M80 were the unbeatable favorites.
Are M80 overrated?
AK, Galorys and 2G are no doubt doing a ton of homework on M80, I'm sure their #1 priority is antistratting them. 2G did a really good job with their calling + their players were hitting hard. Silentzz has been crazy good.
i genuinely dont understand why na production is so shit, there has not been a single tech pause in china ascension
Incredible player honestly. One of like 3 mena players that deserve to be tier 1. Great stats, great aim, vocal, flexible.
YESicaN, aryu. techno and xan feels like the roster we're going to be seeing imo
YESicaN, persia and Xan is lowkey a good roster
'fraid hes going into retirement after losing to a tier 5 chinese team
Does Marved care about going pro again or does he just prefer streaming?
SPG and FS are probably the most 'fine tuned' teams with their fundamentals. Riddle Order is the favorite of many but they have shown weak fundamentals at times.
CCG 2-1 XLG. Could go either way, XLG stomped CCG last time but it was a different roster and I think XLG has slightly underperformed this ascension, no longer being the favorites over RA. Hoping for a RA vs CCG final.
RA 2-0. Congrats to whoever predicted ALG to make top 4. Chaos is lowkey a really good player but ALG is too sloppy of a team to win this I think. Rare Atom should win this Ascension.
Wolfen and D1masick have to retire from valorant after this loss, how the fuck are you going to lose to a tier 5 chinese team bruh, what even is an ambitious legend gaming?
Anything is possible in tier 2 china tbh
Oh yeah Slowly has been super impressive. I could see him being in tier 1 next year, maybe even considered for the replacement of whichever import has to be dropped from the ascension winning team (assuming ALG doesn't win).
LOUD: Sato, ZAP, Heat, Pancada, Less
EG: -Nature +Poised
There's been like 3 or 4 icebox games that have been really entertaining this year, it's normally a boring as shit map
Fracture clears
easy for Eduardo Kenzo Nagahama Sato
Marved might be an option for SEN's controller player. Poised should be more likely to go to EG, no? I imagine EG is going to have an entirely different roster next year.
T3xture
Saadhak (igl)
N4RRATE
Alfajer
Patitek
All of the players you mentioned proved themselves on the big stage, maybe Primmie had a rougher time but that wasn't his fault. Talon just isn't a great team.
PRX should've already hired a good assistant coach. They should also be focusing on their role and comp issues, hopefully Jingg could learn new agents. If we don't see different results by next Masters then it might be time for a roster change. For example, EDG picking up S1mon wasn't a firepower choice, it was a choice to improve their teamwork and utility. Something and Jinggg both have their own unique styles of play and maybe one of them will need to be dropped if PRX want to win a trophy.
