this was absolutely abysmal from alg lmao
upgrade
I'd like to Less and Pancada stay on LOUD, but I could see Less joining LEV
Which players are likely to move down? I'm guessing some members of C9 and EG off the top of my head
Honestly he deserves another chance in the tier 1 scene, t2 is stacked with so much talent out there waiting to be picked up so I hope sh1n makes it on a team next year somehow
I think the t2 duelist scene is just too stacked right now, there's so many young players that haven't reached their peak yet and could easily prosper on a t1 team. I could see ardiis staying on navi as initiator, if not his career is probably done.
If KC gets rebuilt around N4RRATE I'm fine with that but I feel like his ceiling is much higher than KC
Edit: RA 3-1 CCG
I keep seeing people making a Liquid roster with Hiro, Derke and Patitek and that's way too good to be true. I think they'll sign Derke, maybe Hiro and a tier 2 initiator. (But Nats is a great senti player so maybe Hiro should be picked up by another org?)
LilMad has aura
Phantom: Recon, Reaver and Neo Frontier
Sheriff: Singularity, Sentinels of Light, Neo Frontier
On a side note, I think Singularity Phantom is weirdly terrible, just feels bad spraying with it
Had some really underwhelming performances this year but Team Liquid were shit as a whole, now that they're getting a new coach and could sign some really skilled players maybe Keiko's potential will be fully realized.
I want to hear from someone knowledgeable in the Turkish scene to tell me which players are promising or deserving of a T1 spot. I've heard that Ruxic is on the same level as Wo0t.
If Hyunmin gets signed to PRX and Something leaves (this is just me speculating, no idea what's going to happen) Hyunmin can play full time duelist. He can play both Raze and Jett at a high level. Jinggg could then move to playing KJ, Cypher, etc. That sounds good on paper because it at least fixes role problems.
I've said this before but if Hyunmin joins PRX it's a fine choice. I think we're at the point where the current PRX roster has peaked. They're all skilled players but sometimes a roster just can't go any further. If they want to win a championship a change might have to be made. Jinggg and Something both have their own unique playstyles, and if one of them were to leave in favor of another player it might change the dynamic of the team for the better. Like S1mon joining EDG wasn't a firepower choice, it was a choice to improve the teamwork and overall dynamic.
EMEA ascension looks so fucking cheap lmao. Hope to see China Ascension have at least some decent production but I think riot just doesn't care about the tier 2 scene and its viewership.
A terrible choice on paper, but if +Saadhak happens and maybe mta gets replaced with an A tier player this won't be so bad.
I think FUT need a change. The team just doesn't have a high ceiling, other than farming the bottom feeder teams. Plenty of insane Turkish talent out there.
Isn't Saadhak going to KRU? In that case I'd say keep kingg
Anyone know if Maple is good? I've heard that he's a very talented player
Honestly Jawg had a pretty rough year. Wasn't until the SEN and NRG games that we were reminded of what Jawg is capable of. Hope to see better support for him next year. 2024 EG wasn't a roster that felt designed to win a trophy.

I don't understand why people get upset when a B or C tier player gets dropped, players like hiroronn and starxxo for example. At the end of the day not everyone can be a tier 1 pro. Tier 2 players who perform incredibly well deserve their chance.
deserves to be in tier 1: verno, brawk, zander, reduxx, skuba, nismo, mada, anguist, davih, kaajak, xeus, sayonara, comeback, syouta, yoman, seoldam, yatsuka, ivy, persia, krystal
Forgetting some but that's off the top of my head
Thread makes 0 sense. We've seen this time and time again from TH. Their mental isn't good. Choked against PRX in Madrid. Reverse swept by FNC. Nearly lost their lead to FPX on Icebox. The GENG match is a tricky one because it was GENG's game to lose, but TH completely fell apart on Lotus and looked checked out on Split. They just looked out of it and the vibes were noticeably off. Some really bad maps against G2, one including the worst choke in tier 1 history. Choked against LEV in their first match together.
EDG match wasn't a choke.
This is likely because they're very young and inexperienced players. They either think the job is done before the match is over and let their lead slip or just get nervous in big moments. This will improve with time, it's really impressive how good they are right now.
You'd be surprised. It successfully stalls.
I'm going to somewhat disagree with above comments. You do need solid utility and some level of teamplay to win certain games. If your teammates aren't trading you that's a problem. If your entries are lurking off somewhere that's a problem. But it is largely on you to rank up. You need to become the guaranteed good player on your team to higher your chances of winning. Every game you're getting different teammates, different opponents, put in different situations, etc. You can't win every game, but just improve enough to the point where you can perform well in most of those situations.
Sacy isn't even that good anymore
Tate has 10 million followers on twitter and even people who can't stand him have laughed at some of his retarded skits, miniboo following him on twitter means nothing
What the fuck are you even saying
Eh it's not really a big deal who Miniboo follows. I know a ton of people who follow both Biden and Trump, means nothing. I follow both of them, they're both public figures. Tate is a bit of a weird one but he is also very popular in general, a lot of people know him. I don't think it means anything.
Because of cancel cultures. There's a lot of val fans don't even give a fuck about the players. They're ready to cancel anyone on the drop of a dime.
"famous on vlr"
This is a forum of a couple hundred people, most of which are likely mentally ill or of a low intelligence. No one is famous or should get special treatment. You're fighting ghosts. Who cares what some person has to say on an anonymous online forum?
This is something that org would actually say
Honestly retweeting it on an alt sounds entirely possible. Could have been on his recommended/activity tab and he retweeted it by accident as well. There's no way he intentionally tried to retweet it on his esports account though lmao.
Nope nope nope. Calm down man. I'm not saying that the f word is fine to say or anything, that's entirely up to context of many things. Many people in the LGBTQ community will call themselves or others the f word. That is a fact. I've been to American schools and many homosexuals and trans friends I met say the f word casually. I know straight people who say it out of anger while playing a video game and they're heavy liberals.
It's a word that can be used in a hateful context and by hateful people, but it is slightly more normalized in western countries than you're making it out to be. Anyone who says the word isn't a bad person just because they said it.
(edit: no one refuted this)
Tex and Mazino were arguably better than Aspas after Stage 1, their impact was crazy. Com was the weak link in an otherwise strong team supporting team.
