sounds more like your worst nightmare
T1 vs PRX
source: came to me in a dream
you're meant to fall apart after you qualify bruh
when you plant you're obviously planting with an afterplant strategy in mind. the strategy was probably to play for suck/molly lineup that round. what do u think is more probable? kushy deciding to plant in a bad position that happened to have a molly lineup or the team deciding they would play for postplant this way?
last round, kushy planted where they couldnt spam the defuser
it's not really his fault as xffero has a molly lineup that he didnt use
liquid have trialed apac players in the past
prx will win, i thought rrq were good but b2b2b bo5s and also being exposed this hard while prx are looking better with each game makes me fairly confident in them
did you forget stage 1 when rrq won and stage 2 when the top 3 were all SEA
DFM decided to empty their skulls while playing T1 and RRQ couldn't adapt in time
"KR one team region" "KR outside of VS/DRX is shit"
what is with the doomposting bro this can easily switch in a few months
t1 look way better than a few days ago
this can literally change in stage 1. anyway pacific is so stacked the best teams always fluctuate. who knows, maybe prx is winning santiago.
this is just doomposting and when KR teams place lower in stage 1 or 2 we’ll see a wave of posts talking about how KR is overrated or whatever
izu best flex
also izu: literally yoru/maybe omen only the entire event
buzz is more explosive than t3xture but not as consistent. stax is a liability. the rest are good.
i wish 2024 geng had xuna instead of lakia
monyet and xffero are the first on the chopping block imo
crazyguy’s igling is fine, Kushy has been okay (but who is able to replace him?), Jemkin is thanos
monyet has been playing more bad than good i feel, honestly xffero is not bad either but I’m not sure they can’t find someone better than him
stax, buzz, and consistent is frying me
only downside of indomie is one packet is not enough but two is too much 😭😭😭
that is an unbelievable stat when you think about it
4 years straight 2022 2023 2024 2025
jesus christ he is him and he's doing it against pcific too
it's their first time at an international for literally everyone on the team except Rb, and in Xross's case his first year in tier 1. i'm just hoping they play the same way they did at Kickoff
this looks similar to the VCT EA/VCT SEA propositions i've seen drawn up over the past like 4 years but i don't get it because there's no justification yet for the formation of two different leagues.
splitting up the viewership is not healthy to maintain two different venues and production crews and staff.
moreover as we've seen from Ascension there is simply not enough talent yet to sustain two different leagues. let's be real, BME are the only real contenders from SEA tier 2 and KR doesn't have enough good teams to justify a 9 team league. moreover, having all the teams face each other promotes strength. prx would never have picked up patmen for mindfreak and won toronto if they kept farming their domestic leagues. rrq would never have gotten so good if they hadn't had to grind against prx/geng for like 2 years.
also this rhetoric just gets parroted by doomers who prioritise their own regional biases over people who only care about having the best representatives. face it man, this current format produces the strongest teams.
RRQ as a team have more experience per player than GEN.G did in 2024, it's just some sort of mental issue maybe, or a stylistic issue (these guys were an anti-heavy team). if they clean that up they have the fundamentals and player quality to really do well at a LAN
rrq looked super well drilled and disciplined. if they clean up some mistakes and fix their breeze comp (pity they only have one Jemkin because he would have farmed on Jett) and most importantly, if they don't shit the bed at a LAN they can be another real top dog.
lowkey it can be T1/PRX or it can be RRQ. yeah RRQ haven't won an International but they clearly have the potential as long as they keep their domestic form
shameless what they're doing. i think picking up a Masters winner is a good move but not moving after Xavi8k or PatMen is just terrible
it is healthy to have parity in your region as it means everyone is competing against each other. monopolising the tournaments does not promote competitiveness and growth.
with NS looking like pretty much the best team in the region at the moment, I want to see either RRQ and one of T1/PRX/DFM make it. RRQ i think look significantly better than the other 3 teams. even though they're known as international chokers i still like the way they play
real. people forget that in the end these teams all represent the same region. regardless of if PRX shits the bed or Gen.G, it's not SEA/KR that takes a hit, it's Pacific
the region has never looked more balanced tbh. all the known top dogs of the region are in lowers or eliminated (Gen.G, DRX, PRX, RRQ)
teams that were seen as weak like Nongshim, GE, DFM are doing really well
regardless of your biases this is objectively very healthy for the region. i hope we end up sending our strongest representatives to Santiago :)
People were doubting them (lowkey me included) but I was a believer in their core 3 and I'm happy they won a tournament and qualified for a LAN =)
even FNS
FNS himself
ok bro i love fns too but he's not God 😭😭😭
lowkey i see where you're coming from but actually i think their ceiling is pretty high.
yeah jovi changed this team, he's actually underrated as fuck these guys look way better now than they did last year even when they were winning stage 1
but i cannot have hope in this team bro i've seen what happened at toronto and champs bro they look so good regionally and then just do nothing internationally
xuna is an upgrade for literally every team including DRX. there's a huge lack of good scan initiators in korea. only Ivy, maybe BeYN (maybe Rb) is good enough in tier 1 and they don't even put him on scan anymore
literally nobody in korea outside of a small few even uses twitter anyway so this beef means literally nothing
nah drx are the biggest apac chokers of all time
fuck man good for PRX tho
i dont understand the deryeon glaze this guy was more of a liability than he was good for the team when he played
objectively the best for pacific would be
Jemkin
Kushy
Primmie
Karon
Xavi8k
makes sense when he's got two new players on his team
if anything i think solo is the exact opposite considering how strong geng looked even without meteor and this year with another rookie and everyone besides t3xture and lakia being offroled geng didn't look terrible from the macro standpoint (they just make really shitty midround decisions which isn't a coaching fault as much as it is an igl fault)
missing their shanghai igl and arguably their best player at shanghai too
