I didn't watch liquid vs Vitality map 3, but how the FUCK did Liquid lose? They had 17 FB compared to 6. How the fuck does that happen? I know Stats don't hold the whole story, but FB is one of the most consistent stats in terms of who wins. Usually, if a team has more FB, then they'll win. A 4v5 is such a disadvantage. We're they fake FB's? Like, a FB and then an insta trade? I'm just gonna assume that.
If Gen.G go from challenging Loud to dropping over 9 rounds to RRQ, I will genuinely cry.
I mean if you could beat a condom, I don't see why Boruto couldn't.
But seriously, Luffy just dodges that shit.
The best romcom of a man and food came out in fall 1999, and will never be touched.
I just want DTM to play well.
I just want PRX to play well.
I just want to see the teams not look like shit.
I'm not asking for too much here.
I usually just lay in bed for a while. Then it either subsides or I go on Tik Tok and distract myself from existence.
They're showing off maps, and they show haven. Then they select a clip of a Jett watching C long with an op. It was an Ardiis clip.Riot has multiple years of Ardiis clips on C with an OP. They have other players on C with an op too. What's wrong here?
It's a clip of Ardiis whiffing
Riot hates this man for dodging his media training
Too soon for him to be incorporated. Plus, I'd be wild if Forsaken was taken out of the lineup for their first map. I see Something as an emergency option to fix a problem if PRX continue to struggle a bit.
They are sponsored by cup noodle bro. I expect big things.
I'm excited to see this man go. Gotta make Sen Tenz proud.
HM: Tenz, Koalanoob, Cryo, Will, and That one Neon from my ranked game
All of these guys are on the other team, but that's always implied.
It goes to H2H first? Thank god actually. I was under the impression from everything that h2h didn't matter.
Isn't seeding for MSI decided by record -> Round differential? Does head-to-head matter at all or is it for tying in round differential?
Faze has -4
Oxygen has 0 (beat faze)
TT has -6 (lost to faze)
Right now, anyone can still get into MSI, which is wild. TT and Oxygen can both still get in, despite whoever wins based on rounds and record. As long as it goes to 3 maps, there is a decent chance both get in. Gonna be hype as fuck.
TT needs more than +2 rounds to pass faze in seeding
Oxygen can only lose -4, cause I assume they'd win in a head-to-head round differential with Faze.

Yes its rnakin's on purpose.
Was waiting for c9 to get a team to do this. I'm ranking in tiers of teams I think are close to eachother, but tiers are ordered. Most teams can peak 1 above their tier or bottem out a tier below. But, between A- and B there is a GAP. But between S snd A- there is a much smaller gap.
S : Loud, NRG
A : Furia, Lev, Sen
A- : 100T
B : EG, Kru
C : MIBR, C9
We're gonna start at C10, they have role AND culture issues. They succeed when an individual succeeds, it's 2021 Valorant personified. Compared to how teams play now, it's a step behind. As for MIBR, they didn't look as good as they were told to. Maybe if Heat become God they'll win.
EG and Kru are solid teams. If Kru kept Xand, It'd be closer. Just goof teams, maybe they'll challenge 100T? Idk.
100T is in a tier of their own. They are A- because I think they can challenge every team above them, but I don't think they'll be able to get a top 3 place in AM. They abused cryo's versatility, but it didn't add much. They could beat a team above them but they're a huge underdog, but they can beat anyone under them pretty reliably.
Furia, Sen, and Lev are what will make the AM league the best league. These 3 teams (imo) are fighting HARD for the 3rd slot. I think they're all close in terms of skill and ability. They each have great teams, but I have them ordered as such for a few reasons:
Nrg is slightly worse than Loud, but it's close enough to basically guarantee they'll place 1 and 2. Nrg only gets stronger as a meta goes on, so it'll be interesting to see if the Optic core can FINALLY win out their region.
1999>
Haven't seen monster tho. Does it got good anime pacing, or should I read it?
He's doing a lot right now, so that alone hurts him in game. Other than that, he had one lackluster match. Just let lil' bro cook for a minute, I still believe.
Give FNS: Marved, Eeiu, Tenz, and Koalanoob/JonahP, and he can beat DRX+ meteor.
It's a 3 way race between Canada, Brazil, and Russia. Turkey, Korea, Sweden, Finland, and America all have a chance (smaller chance) than the big 3.
Week 5 gonna be a gigabanger
ShahZams greatest achievement is being 13-1'd by the Champs 2024 winners
That f1ntino guy (I ain't looking up his real spelling) had to have the game of his fucking LIFE just to barely win in OT. He'll never repeat that level of play in a pro match, just to win 14-12.
That's like Tyler Herro dropping 40-some in that finals game and everyone calling him the God of white boys. He'll never be that guy again, just to barely beat the king.
Giants being close means nothing imo when someone has to be generational (on one map) for it to be close. NRG then got a 13-1, and a 13-7 (which was a 12-4). And we say giants were close?
He dropped 8 rounds. Tigg can say whatever the fuck he wants when he drops 8 FUCKING ROUNDS.
"He can't say they look awful"
13-1. Get out of here. Experimental comp? Maybe G2 should Experiment with some fucking aimlabs GODDAMN.
Totally unrelated post, just wanted to rave at how perfect he is.
How is ardiis so good at Valorant? So strong, so cool, so clean. It's an achievement to be such an amazing human!
Nope, just better.
Turtle Troop Champs 2024. I mean, bare minimum, they have more of a chance than Yay does.
Tigg is calling right?
Lets Gov commit to fragging, plus Tigg was calling for Nation and still carrying them.
Turtle Troop Champs 2024.

Watch out
No, NA has zero good sentinel players. Who's the best actual sentinel? Guard Net. Sentinel in NA is basically a wasted position.

So this is my basic take on each region based on Lock//In results:
IARAT: APAC Trash, China meh but getting better, EMEA got the peak team and a decent middle scene but some trash bins, America's has the most teams close to each other that can actually play the videogame.
I A RAT: I ain't reading all that, for all the VLR users with under a toddlers level of reading. The link on IARAT is subway surfers to maintain attention.
APAC: Bro wtf is this shit. I'm a Gen.G stan, but APAC basically underperformed the WHOLE tournament excluding DRX doing the expected, and TS + Talon doing really well. PRX and Zeta went into the tournament and barely even showed up. RRQ did bad. GE was fine tbh, just a little SKRossi trolling. But bro, 3 teams got out of the first round. Out of all the APAC teams that lost first round, only 1 team even got a map (GE). I PRAY for improvement over the Korea split.
China: FPX did fine for their first lan, no complains really. EDG tho, EASILY the biggest first round snub of the whole tournament. Out of all the teams who lost first round, they looked the best by far. They 100% looked better than 100T for a majority of the match. I'm excited to see them improve and do well in Japan. And again, FPX did well for their first tournament even if it's a loss to a team like KC.
EMEA: Fnatic look like a true superteam. IMO, they let Derke do his own thing which loses and wins a ton of rounds. Just depends on if they continue this more team style or chose to put a little more emphasis on the superstar. Leo had an all-time great performance on the initiator role. Fnatic also showed that EMEA is far and away their region. Navi were also fairy good. I was impressed by Giants, Vitality, and Fut. The region will have a fairly rich fight for middle positions. But, EMEA did have the most disappointments for me. KC would have lost 2-0 BAD to FPX if Shin wasn't there, they also rely on Operator play more than any team at the whole event which isn't the best look. Liquid... do I need to say anything on liquid? Heretics also looked real flat against EG.
America's: Easily the closest region in terms of teams 3-9. MIBR stood no shot, I got zero hope at the moment. But, overall America's performed better than I thought they would (excluding 100T who looked worse than I thought with the will -> cryo. It looked like it did almost nothing for them.) Lev and Kru did well, Furia did VERY well. EG overperformed from what I expected. C9 was the same C9 in how they are almost exclusivly individual skill and then they dropped the One Piece that they could actually build around. Loud and NRG were neck-and-neck on some of those maps, which is impressive to see from NRG (Literally the best prep team excluding Fnatic, with zero space to prep). Quick Sentinels copium that Zekken played uncharacteristically bad, give him even a mid performance from his XSET days and the Fnatic match turns from a 13-7, 13-6 to a 13-10, 13-9. The other teams facing Fnatic got outplayed, but Sentinels got outplayed AND had a crazy bad performance from a player, thus copium. Going into lock//in I had America's as the most entertaining regional scene and that was just expended with how Kru looks solid enough to compete and Furia looks like they'll battle for a Tokyo spot.
Nah, America's wins as a group and loses as one.
Navy isn't a bad color, but even within it's relative category I'd prefer turquoise or just a nice Aqua, maybe even the basic Dark Blue.
I trust FNS, and that's all the proof I need in life.

Fnatic vs Navi showed that Fnatic was far and away the best in their region.
Loud and NRG are clearly better than Navi, and Furia/100T/Sentinels were closer to Navi than I expected (like just under Navi). Liquid looked terrible, Vitality is clearly #3 EMEA. Largely, America's is still better than EMEA.
Yeah, I'm still proud of what loud did. I'm so excited for America's league now, Fnatic beat 4 America's teams and all 4 looked about as good as Fnatic vs Navi. Furia and Sentinels gonna fight like DOGS to get 3rd in America's now.
What crowd? They all left.

My Kpop brother, deserves it.
