EMEA teams 90% of the time beat America's teams off strats alone. If loud can match those strats, then they can beat the EMEA grand finalist.
It's just whether or not this Loud squad has the discipline to beat EMEA.

I'm cheering for America's now, I have since they were combined. I mean, I'm GenG above all else but I like how all the America's temas play. I'm behind all the NA, LATAM, and Brazil teams.
I thought about this exact thing, and it just depends on how Tenz feels. It's gotta be rough on him mentally to be practicing and potentially travelling while his fiancée is going through cancer. Yay being available puts pressure off him of letting Sentinels hang in the wind without a suitable
replacement, Yay is a suitable replacement. Wouldn't be role issues either.
Title basically. Whoever wins Lock/in will hold the first 2 time champ. Either:
Chronicle as the lone 2 time champ
Aspas, Less and Saadhak as what would be the best core in history
The whole Navi roster would be 2 time champs, and a clear favorite for the rest of the year.
As a Canadain, I love the small American slander that was just thrown in there.
I think maybe Stax could join Tarik in the showmatch. More Asian representation, he's a good enough player to match Pancada, and he's definitely enough of a personality to make it fun.
The most similar thing between you and your username is that neither has any eye's.
MFs when the role meant to die first does good by not dying first
There is none. LOUD's weak half is defense. GL on map 2
As a region NA is easily the best as a collective, but of it's teams NA just doesn't have a top 5 team globally. Navi, DRX and Loud are all better than the best NA team in NRG. But EG is easily the best of the worst teams of each region.
Brazilian Babysasuke lookin headass
I think NRG could have beaten Fnatic or DRX, but Navi look fucking untouchable and have the only IGL/coach in the same league as FNS/Chet.
Navi and Loud look actually unbeatable. When they play good, it's surprising that they've even had close games. I think they'll each get through and we'll get the best final of all time.
I got Navi tho. When your worse player is Ange1 who can still play better than some teams star player, then you've got a goated team. Loud is insane, but Navi can seemingly win any round.
I don't think Yay liked the vibes of the team honestly, plus it wasn't a team built around him (which it should have been). Like, look at how C9 used him. Exactly the same as Optic in theory, but with much less support since Vanity can't control the map like FNS can. So, instead of Yay being on a lurk to get 1, then the team capitalizing on the space, it became Yay gets 1. C9 used Yay terribly, and I think he understood that it was a system with him in it, where no single player was being fully capitalized on. He had to be unhappy to leave. Just a question of what does he do now, and what does C9 do.
C9 should probably flip back to Leaf on a Jett role and bring in a sentinel / lurker.
Yay might, might, have some chance in Europe or Asia with a richer roster, but I think NA is too concrete right now. Maybe EG? Probably not. NRG ain't gonna do ardiis like that. 100T ain't gonna do Cryo like that. Sentinels know that Tenz is committed and still a solid player at the role. I just wish good luck to him, he'll need it.
I never had a good alias online, it was always just
"First name ok site name" so if I was named matt (not named matt) on VLR my name would be "mattokvlr". But one day on twitch there was this guy named the "righthand". I liked the nickname, and to troll him I made "wronghand" and it kinda just stuck.
Bro said C9 higher than 6th. GG, lets go next.
Why the fuck are people mad at EDG at 2. They looked looked like a top tier team that series. Just in terms of how dominate they looked on some rounds, I'd place them closer to #1 than to #3. I knew EDG could be good, but they showed up to be GREAT against 100T. 100T didn't even play bad, they played good themselves.
You sound more drunk on Copium then a Sen fan when they lose tomorrow.
Arguably GE could go 6th, Vitality is easily the #3 EMEA team after seeing Liquid play. Taking a map off them is amazing.
this should help yall at least make Map 2 close.
Gj Fnatic
We do not care. GL tomorrow Furia
I'm for Furia, I've hear lots of good things from the BR VLR guys so I expect them to win, or at least do better than MIBR. MIBR looked lost in their game, so it won't be hard.
2 teams with the most talent out of anyone. Gonna just be which coaching staff uses their tools better. Mini has a deeper playbook, so I've gone with him. Wouldn't be surprised if Sen tho. Only other way a team wins this is based on who pops off. If every player does what I expect, it'll be a thriller based on plays and midrounding. All 8 positional players (non-IGL's) can be a star for any other team in franchising, so if just a single one pops off or underperforms then that team will win or lose. Most likeley to pop off are Tenz (finally got a team around him) and Chronicle, then all the other players have an equal chance to go feral.
I don't care, this guy is on the same tier as Mako. Four 2v1 clutches. Positive against everyone except stellar. highest ACS in the lobby. He was so good for EDG. Top 5 controller globally.
Holy shit, I'm so sad they lost. 100% the best team to lose in R16. They looked like the strongest team in the whole tournament at some points. They looked unbeatable at times. Respect to them, gonna be amazing to see them again at M1.
I'm on record calling zmjjkk a top 2 op-er globally. I've known to never judge a team based on their first ever lan experience, It's not different with EDG. They've played insane today, Chichoo has been too good. EDG looked better on lotus than any other team on any other map, except for maybe Loud on Fracture (but that was periodic).
Mans doing Aimlabs with a backwards mouse WTF
That beats out faceshot imo
I'm like 90% sure that the fracture door being open when the player who activated it is, quite literally, planting on the other site, is a bug. But idk i might be trippin.
Also ive been saying the same line for days as a complete meme. It's very funny to me.
If this isn't the most one sided match in all of Lock/in then EMEA is fucked. This is the worst AM team vs the best EMEA team. If ANY map, fuck, ANY HALF is close then I'll be disappointed. I expect nothing from Kru. They lost the 2 players that carried them through their whole history. I expect everything from Navi. They retained the strongest core in EMEA and picked up one of, if not the single best, op-er in EMEA.
If this isn't the quickest 2-0 in Lock/in then either I'm too braindead (WAY TO LIKELY LETS BE HONEST) or America's is a significantly stronger region than I thought.
His fault for coaching Navi and Liquid at the same time. I expect a lot from Navi now, the had to have most of his attention.
I'm gonna use this time to praise the return of the former APAC kings in Team Secret rather than targeting the underperformance of (what I and many others had) as the 3rd best EMEA team.
So... how's yalls brackets?
Thank God I had Navi over Liquid.
Insane play from Secret, I thought they had zero shot unless Jremy popped off. Liquid copers gonna go nuts, but TS are serious again. Loved hearing last year about how TS should be great, but they underperformed, now they're back. Like, they were the former kings of APAC, wonderful return.
Love Zeta but look at them.
Maps they win: Top Frag Laz Chamber
Maps they lose: Everything else
This is a historical fact. Now that Chamber is a shell, Zeta is significantly weaker. All good tho, Lev are (imo) a top 3 AM team.
EMEA and NA just have a much better legacy. People in the scene care a lot more about what they used to know rather than what's apparent now. I've heard a few good things about furia, I believe in them, but Furia has never been good in the past. This causes people to underrated them.
A lot of people see past results as pure facts for today, and it gives (historically) worse regions a bad view before they even play a game.
I got a full week off of school, so all I have is watching a Grand Final's level match in the R16.
I'd say, at best, it's a 65:35 for Lev and at worst it's a 80:20 Lev.
Lev was a great team last year, retained their core of Kingg, Shyy, and Taco. Adding the best two LATAM players (outside of their previous roster) in Keznit and Mazino (who carried the shit out of Kru through the teams lifetime) just makes them stronger. Even if Kez is a 6th man, it's still nice to have him. Nzr was solid for Furia over last year and at champs, so he'll do well.
Problem with Zeta is that a) they run off vibes and b) they had a lot of stock in Chamber. Laz on Chamber was insane, and did tons of heavy lifting for the squad. When Zeta were winning, it was from Laz on Chamber. That's gone now, or it's at best a shell of itself.
TLDR: Zeta chamber is gone and Lev got a stronger roster, 70:30 for Lev to win.
Saadhak a cool guy ngl
Nope, just being a shitter with how Loud won a round with a known bug and it never got replayed, but A FUCKING TURRET SHOOTS ONE BULLET AND IT'S A RUNBACK? A door that only opens because a player touched it, STILL BEING OPEN WITH A PLAYER ON THE OTHER SITE, is less of a bug than 1 bullet of a turret to riot.
They don't cheat, I'm just pissed that Riot can't be consistent. Gen.G would have lost anyways. I'm just trying to be funny.
Gen.G only lost because loud abuses bugs.
TL 2-0
Navi 2-0 without dropping more than 8 rounds over two maps
Lev 2-0
These are (imo) 3 of the top 6 teams in the world. I expect clean 2-0's from all 3 teams, and I expect domination from Navi who are, to me, the clear strongest team in the whole tournament.
yes i have Navi losing to Lev in R8, i think lev will get the preparation dif. Like, Angel gonna throw at least one random map with a comp the not even a perfect Val AI could use.
Ok, hear me out.
RRQ > Fut.
Them using their old roster gave them a terrible start but adding two boom players and Lmemore are enough to handle Fut.
Lmemore, Fl1pzjider, and tehbotol were some of the best APAC players of last year. The three (on their individual teams of Onic and Boom) would consistently do very well. Fl1pz was a great KJ WHILE IN the chamber meta. Now, with a buff, he'll be able to do the same or better. I switched up my pickems after relooking at RRQ. Can they make a run? no. Can they beat the clear worse EMEA team? I'd say so.
"CIS has not carried EMEA"
HAHAAAAAHAAAHAHAHAHHHAAAAAAAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAAHAHAAAAAHAAAHAHAHAHHHAAAAAAAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAAHAHAAAAAHAAAHAHAHAHHHAAAAAAAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAAHAHAAAAAHAAAHAHAHAHHHAAAAAAAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAAHAHAAAAAHAAAHAHAHAHHHAAAAAAAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAAHAHAAAAAHAAAHAHAHAHHHAAAAAAAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAAHAHAAAAAHAAAHAHAHAHHHAAAAAAAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAAHAHAAAAAHAAAHAHAHAHHHAAAAAAAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAAHAHAAAAAHAAAHAHAHAHHHAAAAAAAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAAHAHAAAAAHAAAHAHAHAHHHAAAAAAAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAAHAHAAAAAHAAAHAHAHAHHHAAAAAAAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAAHAHAAAAAHAAAHAHAHAHHHAAAAAAAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAAHAHAAAAAHAAAHAHAHAHHHAAAAAAAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAAHAHAAAAAHAAAHAHAHAHHHAAAAAAAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAAHAHAAAAAHAAAHAHAHAHHHAAAAAAAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAAHAHAAAAAHAAAHAHAHAHHHAAAAAAAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAAHAHAAAAAHAAAHAHAHAHHHAAAAAAAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAAHAHAAAAAHAAAHAHAHAHHHAAAAAAAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAAHAHAAAAAHAAAHAHAHAHHHAAAAAAAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAAHAHAAAAAHAAAHAHAHAHHHAAAAAAAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAAHAHAAAAAHAAAHAHAHAHHHAAAAAAAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAAHAHAAAAAHAAAHAHAHAHHHAAAAAAAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAAHAHAAAAAHAAAHAHAHAHHHAAAAAAAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAAHAHAAAAAHAAAHAHAHAHHHAAAAAAAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAAHAHAAAAAHAAAHAHAHAHHHAAAAAAAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAAHAHAAAAAHAAAHAHAHAHHHAAAAAAAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAAHAHAAAAAHAAAHAHAHAHHHAAAAAAAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAHAHAAAAHAHA
Just because our best players are CIS doesn't mean we're carried by them!
In Brazil / Split 1
By end of year
Keep in mind liquid still beats like ~22-24 of the other teams in the world, like, easy.
What a fucking BANGER of a line
THAT THE BEST CASTER IN VALORANT RIGHT THERE GAMERS
