I haven't seen anyone hyping PRX to win it all, and if there has been, it's incomparable to the amount of hype Loud has been getting to win the tourney.

posted about 3 years ago

true but there's been a good share of Brazilians hyping Loud as well

posted about 3 years ago

where drx :(

posted about 3 years ago

I can totally see them adding team specific skins/buddies/playercards/player titles in the near future.

posted about 3 years ago

same could be said to this ex-Brazilian, now hong kong Loud fan

posted about 3 years ago

cringe + its simple and just looks bad
Loud logo is an example of simple and looking horrendous

posted about 3 years ago

drx logo is very simple but it doesnt mean its bad. it still looks better than loud logo 🤡
that shit looks awful theres no denying on that

posted about 3 years ago

if DRX logo looks like a band-aid, then Loud logo literally looks like a 3 year old scribbling randomly on a doodle notebook in an unpleasing bright vomit green color during naptime in preschool

did I say you were trying to determine who's better by acs only??? i was just voicing my opinions that going off simply by acs is not a good way to determine who's a better player, not whether or not what your views on how to determine were

posted about 3 years ago

exactly, you can't simply go by acs if people are playing different roles

posted about 3 years ago

going by ACS only is a pretty inconclusive way to determine who's better
there's far more than simply acs, like the fact a good jett duelist dashes on site and entries for the team, something that seems foreign to yay

Bunny coming back would be ideal. Well rounded player all around who looked mechanically very skilled and was fragging well against top international teams, but seems unlikely tho as they wanted to focus on content creation.

posted about 3 years ago

tbh I don't think so. They went much further than most of us probably expected, I expect them to pick up another player and see how things go from there

posted about 3 years ago

ehhh I don't fully agree on your original statement but I see what you mean

ik that's why I put 'best' tentatively in quotes. That still doesn't help me understand why it makes it harder for DRX/Zeta specifically than other teams.

posted about 3 years ago

if 4 of the 'best' teams are skipping past groups then doesn't that give them a better chance? (theoretically it gives everyone a better chance of passing groups)

couldn't make it because of 'international issues' (aka 2 of their players are Russian and ardiis is sick/injured)

edit: Eutalyx beat me to it

Again, I don't understand how it's a dead region when there are internationally competitive teams and less viewers. Like I said, org investment doesn't come simply because of the amount of viewers but other factors as well. A dead region would be one with no investment, no viewers, and no successful/competitive players/teams.

tbh I think it's the right move for Damwon and their future, the current roster was evidently not working.

new Akrew win streak on the horizon

  1. how is it a dead region when they have internationally competitive teams?
  2. what does lower viewership got to do with not investing? most of the money teams get is through winning events, not how many toxic people are spamming twitch chats
posted about 3 years ago

yep, winner of NIP/Lev would mean the 1st seed from their region skips group stage
