Tenz's performance at Reykjavik is still (I think) the best performance at a LAN. If you don't want to go by numbers, I think Yay's dominance in 2022 on chamber would make him the best. cNed is probably the best of the 3 right now, but I don't feel like I ever saw an event where he was leagues above the rest of the competition, as I've seen with Yay and Tenz.
I think Crow was always the initiator. Laz was mainly an op player that hated Jett. He would even play yoru to have the tp with the op. He started playing Initiator this season, and it honestly wasn't that bad.
Art instead of Derialy/Xdll imo
Trick probably wasn't going to get paid anyway, but it's unfortunate that a prerequisite for a lot of T2 players is having a full-time job.
suzu drops 50
Victor being 27 is a crime, I thought bro was like 20
I can't explain why, but no one in the 27 group feels like they would be 27.
Best player other than Meteor on NTH
Not new to JP scene. I think the smurfing is what gets people's attention in these cases, but I'd wager that more of the issues the orgs have is the account sharing, something explicitly against riot TOS.
TenTen situation was a little different.
I don't think there's been precedent for a notable player being dropped for smurfing, mainly just suspensions imposed by the orgs. I can't say for certain, but I'd think the reason they're doing this is largely to try to subvert any more serious actions from Riot or to the company's reputation. I don't think they would drop Xdll for this unless he was either banned by Riot, or the community started to turn against Fennel.
SyouTa being one of the best T2 Duelist and Smokes in JP and they go with Allow?

I think Xnfri was a really solid player for NTH when they made Copenhagen. I assume Varrel is a T2 org, but I've never heard of them. A shame because I think he's a really underrated flex player.
I'm sure you're referring to this case, but I think the most notable one was when Takej received a 3-month suspension for using another Zeta streamer account to smurf. My Japanese isn't great, but it looks like in that case, zeta decided to suspend him without any action from Riot.
Mods said they'd be adding them soon. I believe any team that qualified for a regional qualifier for são paulo will be added.
I don't know why people are so obsessed with pointing out that GC is behind. Even GC fans don't contest it, that's the whole point of the league.
I forgot about that. Crazy that they suspended the coach for a game for that. Especially when you look at what happened, it's very possible that was the deciding factor.
I don't think many people had a fond opinion of EG prior to this
Grooming, from what I understand, would be presenting yourself as a friend like figure to build up trust with someone and then abusing that trust by trying to turn your relationship with them into a sexual one. Its often to try to confuse the victim in a deceitful way.
In my opinion, keenC is explicit that he wants a sexual relationship, so it would just be pedo-ish depending on the age, but doesn't imply any grooming.
Eh, to each their own. Personally not for me, but everyone's free to like what they want to.
Anything about the contradictory tone? Like, would you say she's agreeing or saying it in a condescending way to disagree? I can't understand the intention very well.
Could someone explain what these tweets mean, especially pse. From what I could tell on Google, its essentially, "that's true," but some say it can be used in a contradicting tone.
The replies to https://twitter.com/daikifps/status/1712266315371560964?t=PfPbLd1b2Vr_U6LJYVt9jA&s=19
"é daiki, tudo q foi falado por nós se comprova infelizmente"
"pse."
Thanks
What all those years not being verified, only for it to be taken away right after he got it, did to him
I need ShibaInu to make a comeback so that the average GC thread can just be them being weird.
These are the relevant tweets

Person on twitter @rankup shares dm of keenC saying some stuff to a 17 yr old (I think it was them) when keenC is 19. Later, she posts a similar thing except this time the person is 16. Starting to look like a pattern of saying weird things to underage girls. Not inherently bad considering they didn't act on it. However, there are dms that suggest they might be faking their NB status in order to get into GC. Assuming this is true, when you put it all together, it paints a picture of someone who is abusing NB status to play in GC which could be placing them in positions of power over female teammates which they could possibly exploit. The last part is entirely conjecture but can help explain why some people might be worried about faking NB.
It's not grooming if you're explicitly saying you wish they were 18. It's just creepy.
I can't answer for sure, but this would be how I would expect any marginalization to occur. meL was turned down from competing on some teams due exclusively to her being a woman. Women in general experience a feeling of otherization when playing games, people making sexist jokes, being asked if they're a girl any time they talk, being the only girl in games a lot of the time, etc. It's possible that situations similar to these exist for NB people.
Again, I don't feel comfortable defending it too much because I don't know enough about it, so if someone more knowledgeable than me wants to comment, that would be appreciated.
Fair, some conditions are worse than being schizo
Well, it's a tough question tbh. The point of game changers is to let people who are marginalized from normal competition get a place to develop. Our normal notion of these people would be cis-women, and recently trans women. It's possible that NB experiences a similar marginalization, but the rise in NB is so recent that it's hard to say for sure. I think Riot has made the conscious decision to allow NB players to compete, and that's their prerogative. The only thing I worry about is that people are going to be afraid to call out people that are obviously faking NB because they think it hurts the credibility of all NB players in the league.
Stands for Non-binary. From what I understand it's a gender-dysphoria-esque feeling of being neither a man nor a woman. They choose to identify as NB in order to avoid that feeling. Tbh I don't know enough about it, so I'm uncomfortable defending it in the same way I would defend a normal trans man or trans woman, but I personally don't have any problems with it until someone shows me some research proving it's fake.
DMs leak that someone transitions to compete in GC > they get called out for faking
If people are using it as an excuse to shit on any NB or any trans person in GC obviously that's not okay, but don't get caught up in defending someone trying to abuse the system. If KeenC is faking NB, which the DMs seem to show, it's a disservice to all the legitimate trans and NB people trying to compete to defend their abusing NB status.
Idk bro, normally when someone talks about intentionally transitioning to NB in order to compete in GC, that's a pretty good sign they're faking it. Even if you don't believe they're faking it, someone like that wouldn't have experienced any marginalization that game changers is supposed to account for.
Apparently, them faking NB has been a rumor for a long time. I'm assuming that's what the's referring to.
If you're talking about n4rrate, it was a rumor or leak a while back, around when FNS and s0m were first starting to leave NRG.

Admittedly, I may have missed something, but I haven't seen anything that says that yet. Link?
Moose playing in the games? That came out of nowhere.
Are you planning on only adding the GC flairs for teams that qualify for the championship? I want to rep the goat suzu even if ZETA doesn't qualify through East Asia.
I'm hoping they're just waiting until all the teams have qualified for the GC championship to add them. East Asian and APAC haven't qualified yet.
I believe it was a team that was peaking at the screen for the audience to watch to see where the other team was. Here's a video that probably explains it better than me. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KYkoTA9cp5Q
I don't like that people pretend like CS doesn't have a lot of shit that people have to learn. Stuff like counter strafing, recoil patterns, lineups, run boosting, etc. Learning 22 agents' abilities isn't that hard, there are MOBAs that have way more characters and more complex mechanics. If you play Valorant, you know what's happening here. Sure it's going to look really chaotic when they have like 4-5 people util dumping, but tell me it's not confusing when people dump smokes and mollies on a site in CS.
These aren't reasons why Val will never be better than CS, it's reasons why someone doesn't like Val. Which is fine, just don't like when people will denigrate other games when their favorite one does similar shit.
For 99% of big streamers, they don't stream because they just enjoy streaming, it's their job.
I vaguely recall some drama where oxy was listening to music during challengers this year, and then people got upset because Trent was told he couldn't listen to music during the game. I don't think anything really came of it though.
I would guess that since Leaf was considered 90% ( I think) likely on the spreadsheet at one point for G2, but then suddenly it switched to Jawgemo, I'd guess that another team that hasn't been leaked as much snatched him up. I find it really hard to believe that people just decided that Leaf was bad considering he's a really good duelist and can flex well.
