mada getting raze diffed by wippie is crazy lmao
Bruh offseason has really revealed some of the worst this site has to offer, joke or not.
Tbf, Yoru is probably the most low-floor high-ceiling agent in the game. It's really easy to punish bad Yoru's but the good ones can tear the opposing team up.
Could very well happen, but this is a little premature.
zekken is good on Jett from what I've seen, but leaf has an insane Jett, that's all I'm saying.
zekken is better rn but part of that has to do with the meta. Since Raze is the best duelist rn zekken clears leaf, but in a Jett meta leaf is better.
Rosters aren't even finalized for most teams, and mfers still hating, lol.
VCT ain't ready for prime zombs to return.
Bruh they put BcJ on Cypher like ong wtf are they doing?
Those haha funny ranked comps got them four top 4 finishes, so clearly they're doing something right.
Some fans on this site have to have a degradation kink, because there is no way lmao.
What about the first half though? G2 placed top 2, not mentioning that though I see. Also, you can't know for a fact that he got dropped because of performance, especially considering they added shroud of all players and still didn't even play that bad. Shahz high key got unlucky asf on SEN, and the reality is, is that once he got a chance to properly practice with the team, they improved massively.
You've really let VLR get in your head and convince you that he's bad, but he's genuinely the one who's underrated, not vanity lol.
Idk what player you've been watching but it ain't Shahz. And if you genuinely think there's that much of a gap between Shahz and vanity in terms of IGLing, then idk what to say lol.
Eh, they have some talent, but wippie and vanity are kinda mid. Shahz would give them a massive upgrade in firepower, and is a good IGL, lol.
I never said anything about fragging IGLs specifically, the point was just about firepower overall. The firepower of FNC and NAVI is undeniable, and in their cases, the IGL is the weak link mechanically.
My other point is that one big upside to Shahz is that on most teams, not only will he not be the weak link mechanically, but he could be one of the better players on that team, which is something that can't be said for a lot of top-tier IGLs.
So, it's shahz's fault OXY underperformed in games? Also, it's not that G2 was setting Shahz up for kills, it's, hear me out...Shahz is good at aiming. He can just win fights. Simple as that. And I'm not using just that one game as my reasoning, it's just an example, but these are the stats for the whole year:
https://www.vlr.gg/event/stats/1458/challengers-league-north-america
Also, teams with better depth absolutely do better, most often. FNC, PRX, EG, LOUD, DRX, NAVI/FPX, EDG, etc. All these teams at their peak were so good in part because of depth, because players on their team could win them rounds if needed. Ofc not all teams with good depth will be good like SEN from last year, but teams like KC, or T1 where they tend to rely on a couple of players to win, tend to underperform.
(Boaster had an insanely stacked team let's be real, an FNS has also had very deep teams)
Tbh this argument is dumb asf because neither Shahz nor vanity has done anything of note since 2021, and if both are truly mid at best, in terms of IGLing, I'll take the one who can win me rounds/games.
Being a better IGL than dazzle is not that much of an accomplishment, plus vanity is never going to be able to be the best player in a lobby. Shahz just brings so much more firepower, and let's be real, the teams with better depth tend to do better. Also, Shahz was legit even better than Oxy over the course of the challengers year, like give it up. Let me know when vanity is ever the best player on his team.

Bro please, I beg that you use your brain.
Bruh there's no way you actually think Vanity is a better player than Shahz. Like all jokes aside, Shahz is fucking miles better mechanically than Vanity. And even if Sova isn't hard meta, he's always still useful, like on Ascent or Haven. I did lowkey forget that he played with wippie and Immi though, but it still doesn't change the fact Vanity's teams since 2022 have been mid.
At least, Shahz has some excuses considering SEN legit fell apart during stage 2 of last year. Literally, vanity is so mid it's crazy, and people want to hate on Shahz like he isn't better than both stellar, and vanity, if not other IGLs too.
Bruh what? Shahz > Vanity would make that team a lot better. For starters, Shahz is a far better player than Vanity. Secondly, C9 needs a good Sova player which I'm not sure they have. Also, Shahz already has chemistry with wippie, OXY, and Immi, making it easier to integrate into C9. And in terms of IGLing, what exactly has Vanity done as an IGL? At least Shahz has won a trophy as an IGL.
He's not that bad, but Shahz or flyuh would've been a lot better for C9, if they could've gotten either.
I can't wait to watch EMEA not win a single trophy next year
Bruh, why couldn't we get this with the iteration of G2 that had Mary and Juliano? Like, that roster had pretty good firepower as far as GC rosters go.
But the thing is TenZ is good, he's just finally expanding his agent pool to play what's better for both him and the team. And a player like that is valuable regardless of how popular they are. Also, people do hate SEN as an org, but they did finally make a good move for once, getting johnqt. So who knows, maybe they're changing,
Only 5 deaths in 29 rounds is crazy
That could be true, but I feel like a lot of teams would just stick with Raze out of comfort.
Early stats from GC and China show some preference for Raze:

https://www.vlr.gg/event/agents/1747/china-evolution-series-act-1-variation
Tbh, if Zander is open to sentinel IGLing for 100t, why not for NRG? And imagine they could get Leaf too. That roster would be fucking crazy.
Leaf
Crashies
Victor
Zander
Marved
Ok and? After the Jett nerf, Raze is clearly the best duelist, and at least to start off, most teams will stick with what they know. It's possible that Neon ends up being better, or some other duelist, but as of now Raze makes the most sense.
Meta comp is probably going to be:
Raze
Skye
Cypher
Viper
Omen
Or something like that
Bro be fr, DRX is number 2 until the season begins.
This is a fair criticism, but he's moving to flex now anyway, and he also said before, that he's better on second entry.
? This isn't about ego, this is about people trying to find things wrong with TenZ. Like obviously he's not the most polished pro, but making a whole 1 hr+ video on most of the things he does wrong without having the full picture is crazy. No one would do this for any other player too, let's be real.
Bruh SEN's coaching staff is not letting sideshow dictate how they run their team lmao. He's a great caster and analyst, but he doesn't have the full picture, and that's clear by how nitpicky he is.
Tbf I've only gone through part of one, but he's claiming to know how TenZ thinks without access to comms. Plus the sample size he's going off of, is too small for me.
Fixed it.
He might be right on some stuff, but he's definitely not 100% right, and he's sure as hell reaching a lot.
Nitpicky asf tbh.
Sideshow is a W let's be honest. but I do think he's jumping the gun a little on this one.
I kinda disagree, 20 mins in and it feels very nitpicky and speculatory already. It kinda feels like he thinks he knows what TenZ thought process is without having access to comms.
I am watching some of it, but a whole hour and 20 mins is crazy for a player who hasn't played on a stable team since 2021.
It's not just that but like, since the start of 2022 TenZ hasn't really played on a stable team, and he's had to deal with a lot outside of the game. It finally does seem like Sentinels is committed to actually winning and building a good roster with the addition of johnqt, and it gives a chance for TenZ to actually grow into his new role as a flex, properly. Obviously, he's not the most polished pro, but I feel like so much of his criticism is very nitpicky.
Bro, why does everyone hate the fact that TenZ is a t1 pro. Like, people are always trying to find a reason why he isn't up to par. Like let it go smh, he's a really good player and tbh he really isn't that much of a problem lol.
I love ranking my favorite types of trash
